If brook nets you Reaves, then reroute him to Orlando for WCJ+.

This. Orlando loves this if they land Hartenstein.

If we’d be including our 2031 first they could use that to pick up some other piece too.

PG: Curry
SG: Wiggins / Podz
SF: Khris / Moody
PF: Draymond / Trace Jackson-Davis
C: Bobby

For the Bucks, if we’d be keeping CP3, I’d feel better about it if we’d still have Pat Bev:

PG: Dame / CP3
SG: Bev / AJ Green
SF: Kuminga / Ajax
PF: Giannis
C: Brook

Dame and CP3 on the same team as Pat Bev would be crazy. Straight WWE

Brook and 2031 1st for Austin Reaves and Vanderbilt? Salaries work perfectly. Idk if I’d do it or not but it’s tempting for Reaves. He could be so good with Dame, Giannis and Khris and he’s locked up on a nice Bobby Portis type deal for 3 more years.

No 1st

I trust Austin Reaves enough to be a high level 16 game performer in the playoffs with our core to consider tossing in our last draft resource to acquire him. Just turned 26, locked into a team friendly deal and highly productive. That’s what I hope we’re searching for in all this, players like that.

Hachimura and Knecht for Lopez works.

With Hayes and Wood putting in, I'm guessing the Lakers would want us to take Wood or Hayes.

I don't think the Lakers are going to move a proven good player if they don't have to. Though you could make the same argument for keeping Lopez if you're the Bucks.

Hachimura is Robert Horry level playoff riser.

Career 49% 3 point shooter in the playoffs.

Disagree. Hachimura will win a grand total of 0 championships. Horry had like 6. It’s like comparing Lebron to Jordan, basically.

Okay, I'll add Marjon then. :D

But seriously, I'm worried Dame is about to fall off a cliff.

Russell has been quietly decent the past couple years, age lines up with Giannis, much better defender than Dame, and a capable 3rd option.

Reeves and Vanderbilt are on value contracts, have consistently been net positive players, and are both entering their prime years.

Those picks could be golden.

I don’t really know what to think of Rui.

I kinda think we might not lose much by having him take Bobby’s offensive usage - corner threes, on occasional face up, etc. - and I don’t think he’s a terrible defensive player, but he’s not active enough.

He may not self create as well as bobby, but he’s better attacking a close out. He’s not the rebounder bobby is, but he’s probably a little better guarding on the perimeter.

In some ways he may be more of what we could use, but he’s overpaid, and I’m worried his 3pt shot will fall off. If that happens, he might be a frustrating negative on the court.

If he became a Buck, he could win a couple in a row.

Dame arguably had his best season 2 years ago. Took the offseason off last year while getting traded and going through a divorce. Went to work again immediately when the season ended.

I'd bet he's going to have a terrific year next year.

How bad do the Lakers want Brook? Also, I think they have buyers remorse on both Hachimura and Reeves.

Lakers get: Brook, Patty C
Bucks get: Hachimura, WCJ, Wood
Magic get: Reeves

Now move Bobby.

Hachimura is a bargain given the contracts we've seen handed out.

No chance the Lakers deal Reaves to bring in Brook.

I feel like Brook has a lot of value around the league, and we're talking about moving him and a FRP for role players?
