Don't start acting surprised Pikachu face now, Celtics fans. This is who he's been, unfortunately. This would feel better if we didn't go down in Round 1 with injuries :(

I think Phx will have a bounce back year next year. They just need to find a Khris Dunn or even a Pat Bev. If they can get a POA defender to move Allen to the bench they'll be good.

2013-2024. 11 years. Bud had 5 years.

& Giannis unlike KD/Bron didn't run to the GM to have him axed, nor Kidd.

Different cycles entirely.

Why are you expanding a timeframe for Giannis and not the others? Most of Durants coaches have been from switching teams, but had Kerr 3 years and Brooks like 6. It's an interesting tweet but honestly isn't that crazy considering the situations. **** can happen where you have 4 coaches in 9 months as shown by Giannis.

And are we totally sure Giannis didnt have a major say in firing bud and AG?

I didn't expand the timeframe. Goldenantlers named every coach GA has had, so i pulled out the years. Including interim coaches in the count from 2018 on is also a bit ludicrous. So actually Giannis has had 3 coaches in this timespan.

Kidd & then Bud my gut is no. He made that comment about minutes in the press conference but Giannis knew his brother just died too. That's not GA.

Griffin lost all of the vets. Pretty sure multiple guys had a role in him being axed.

My mistake on thinking Kidd was still the coach at the end of 2018. But if you are counting Lue and Vaughn in the count, its fair to include Prunty at the end of 2018 playoffs.

Since playoffs 2018:
So Lebron (4):
Lue (Switched Teams)
Walton (Guy was on his 3rd year and definitely deserved to be fired)
Vogel (3 years - probably didn't deserve to be fired)
Ham (2 years - You have 2 top 25 guys and lose in 5, probably deserved to get fired)

Durant (6):
Kerr (Switched Teams)
Atkinson (Never played for him)
Nash (Nets Version of AG but got a couple years)
VaughnX2 (Prunty)
Williams (Switched Teams - fired similar to bud)
Vogel (1 year disaster)

Giannis (4):
PruntyX2 (Similar to Lue someone needs to be here as 'coach at end of 2018')
Bud (5 years)
AG (1/2 season)
Doc (how long will he last)

Like, I really dont see a huge difference besides Lebron and KD switching to teams where they were gonna fire their coach anyways. KDs count is just inflated by switching 2x, having an interim coach, having a coach he never played for, etc. The biggest difference is Giannis has stayed with the same organization and also the selected timeframe. I could easily see him have 3 more coaches in the next 4 years where Doc is fired after next year, he stays for one more year, he leaves and eventually they get a new coach similar to how Walton/Williams were fired after 1 year with the new star.

Giddey is looking like the odd man out. If I'm OKC , I'd put a trade pkg to try to get Lauri.

One of the worst calls you'll ever see there. Daigneault blew the challenge earlier. That gets overturned.

Giddey unplayable in the playoffs, yet I come here and see Middleton straight up for Giddey trades. Freaking disgusting.

Giddy is only 21 but he was better in year 2 than 3. Played like crap against Dallas so far. Not a fan.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Did not expect Dallas to win a game when Ky/Luka combine for 13/29 and 38 points

He fell down the pecking order behind J Will and Chet (rightly so) and just doesn't have a logical fit on this OKC team now. In the games where Shai has been out and he's been the lead ball handler, he has looked a lot better.

I'm not sure what the right team for him is, but he needs to be a lead or second lead ball handler to harness the talents he has. You can't stick him in the corner or dunker spot which is kinda what he has been reduced to on OKC. Prob wouldn't hurt him to be on a tank squad to get a big more playing time and figure his game out a bit more.

It's kinda hilarious though to be honest, that every thing they've been warned about has come somewhat true. Of course, they have so many good players they might win on talent alone but still.

Porzingis has always been injury prone and they were warned about it. Now he may miss the whole series against the Cavs and even if he comes back he would be prone to be reinjured.
Holiday has always been a playoffs dropper and his defense has slightly regressed due to age.

Will always love Jrue to death for what he gave us, but you cannot give almost 40$ million to a player that gives you 8/4/4 on 36/32/100 splits on the playoffs. At least for us, maybe it works for some other team.
