So everything is fully set in the East before the Sunday extravaganza?

I guess the only suspense will be how creative the injury reports get.

Go Clippers today. Why? The Bucks 2nd round pick, acquired from the Wizards, flips about 5 spots depending on whether the Warriors win or lose. I'm a nerd (I'm not sure if it's the kind thats good at computers or the kind the smells funny and wears capes).

Ty Lue having a challenge left to get that bs Jimmy and 1 off the books was elite.

Draymond blowing a game tying layup in crunch time in a critical game because he was flopping trying to draw a foul was awesome to see. I wish nothing but the worst (strictly basketball wise) for that clown.

Interested to see how Denver matches up vs LAC. Zubac is about as good a defensive matchup for Jokic as you could ask for, and Harden/Kawhi are going to relentlessly hunt Jokic in the PnR. Think I still favor Denver (?) but Clippers are no joke with Kawhi in this form.

NBA officiating in general might currently be the worst it has ever been. It's really bad.

But if the officiating was decent. I think you could make a case that the current NBA might be peak NBA. At least over the past 35 years. 80's were before my time so I can't really comment on anything before 1990.

So many great players right now. The officiating is so bad that it kind of ruins it though.

I’m still sticking with my preseason “Clippers will win a playoff series” hot take. I’d honestly even favor them if I had faith in Kawhi’s body holding up for the entire series.

Just how bad will the officiating in the Lakers/Wolves series be?

Clippers are legitimately really good. If you ignore the Harden part of it and OKC likely waiting for them in round two you could easily see them making the WCF.

Continuing your point, we've seen a veteran-laden Kawhi-led squad shut down a single player-centric offense before. OKC might be Denver's biggest fans over the next few weeks.

It's so hilarious that he was screaming about GSW being the new title favorites at the ASB, and now they have yet to secure a playoff spot.

Will be interesting to see if either Utah or NOP get Flagg. Because if they don’t, both teams should clean house in the front office. (and I like Ainge)

If Kawhi is there the whole series, they definitely should be able to beat the Nuggets.

Lakers/Wolves is going to be an awesome series too.

I honestly might pick the upset/lower seed in every West series outside of whomever OKC faces. Assuming GS gets the 7-seed, I'm picking them over the Rockets, Clippers over the Nuggets, and T-Wolves over the Lakers.

Wanted GSW and Den in round one. I don’t trust the clippers as much in the playoffs, whether it’s Harden’s track record or Kawhi’s availability, so I’m not as sure about it being a close series.

Hoping for some good round 1 ball in that tight western conference, though.

If the play-in goes as expected, the rockets will have their hands full with GSW.

I assume they're still doing the stupid bracket instead of reseeding?
