Looks like we got our guy in Zeller and now ride the buyout market for a guard if we can swing it.

On taptalk I accidentally checked "follow thread" or something that was hitting me with notifications on every post. Finally figured out what was going on and had to just unfollow it.

I think IT's agent insisting he doesn't come off the bench is going to hurt his value around the league because the vast majority of good teams in the league are going to prefer him in that role. You need a team with an outstanding d and structure surrounding to hide him on that end against starters. And he's more of a big 2 than big 3 type guy given his passing ain't so great. He's an elite scorer when right. Maybe a bad team wanting to be pretty good signs him to a big contract as a starter elevate them. But there won't be many teams with space and does he even want that? He's being postured into less money and satisfaction seemingly.

If it doesn't might then give a hint that the price for Dedmon was too high.

Mid to late 1st rounders always gambles. I mean they have been bad sure. But did anyone expect DJ Wilson to be a starter this year? Pretty much assumed he would be bench player.

To be fair, I didn't expect him to play at all.

Haha.
Vaughn pick though, i mean its rough. But it wasn't like it was a terrible pick at the time, reaching. Vaughn was a well regarded shooter. It was between him and Booker at the time. I wish we could of traded up for Booker at the time, but no one could of foresaw that Vaughn ones unique skill would not even translate at all to the nba.

Part of me feels bad for IT, but the other part is that he is a horrifically flawed player that seems to lack that self awareness. Shame he missed his pay day, but now if he is smart he should try to reinvent himself as the next Lou Williams, starting now...........

Also, he doesn't have bird rights. I feel like everyone forgets that.

LAL is best case spot for IT right now. Free to chuck as much as he wants and try to show the league he's still good and try to earn back the money that injury is likely going to cost him. Really bad luck with that injury for what seems like a good dude overall who hasn't gotten the big time payday yet (relative to NBA $ of course)

I'm okay with the Bucks standing pat if they don't get an offer in their favor. They're on a roll right now, messing with the chemistry could throw them off a bit. Granted they're beating bad teams, but this will only help them to be more confident against stronger opponents.

There is still 10 mins left, and then of course deals are still being finalized. Got an hour or so left, before we would know for sure

Considering they've had one true '4' on the roster for the majority of the season and he hasn't even sniffed playing any minutes is a pretty big indictment of his talent level.
