I get why some people picking Celtics but it’s getting annoying that it seems like about 70% of the predictions I’ve seen are picking the Celtics. Seems like way too many picking them for how dominant the bucks have been this year. Just can’t wait to prove all these people wrong and be like, we were here the whole time if you just paid attention! Man Sunday can’t get here fast enough!!

And that kind of emotional lift can be real, but I wouldn't expect it will matter much in Milwaukee. However, I fully expect Boston to do some kind of tribute to Havlicek their first home game which is a friday night. So... that will be a tough one.

But... Imagine handing them their third straight loss to go up 3-0 on Havlicek night. That would be something. That's something to really savor even if we end up losing in the ECF.

Brogdon will be missed but to me it seems like he became the thing that talking heads could point to and say, "See, that's why Milwaukee won't be successful in the playoffs," and so his value went up overnight from a mainstream perspective. We were beating teams by 10 points per night with him, and we did the same pretty much without him. He wasn't taking a ton of 3 point attempts because he can't create his own shot from behind the arc, so his high % 3 point shooting is a bit overvalued by some. Sterling shoots 53% from corner 3 and can drive to the basket. He is not nor will he ever be Jimmy Butler (someone here has been huffing that sweet sweet paint thinner), but he does what we need.

That's the only reason I'd make fun of some people later if we win, other than that I couldn't care less what fans think apart from a few individuals that I value their opinion. And Raps fans because they are my favourite suicidal species

Yea i wanted to say that but we have seen that a lot even in playoffs.

Olympiakos won the Euroleague one year and had the court advantage in the Greek playoffs and they were much better than us all year but we won the series and the championship.

I do believe that we are going to beat them but you never know so i keep the ball down.

Playoffs kinda are different though. I don’t think that’s some supernatural notion at all tbh. Whether or not it comes into play in this specific matchup is a different story.

For me, I prefer quiet confidence and just letting other fans find out on their own how good this team really is. I rarely never feel that way about the Bucks, but this season, I definitely do.

Bud used Brogdon as a back up point guard by taking him out early and bring him back for Bled. Now Hill is the backup pg, so Brogdon can play all his minutes as sg. But with Sterling and Pat there we're not much worse.
