As optimistic as some posters were about Giannis signing the max, it was touch and go based on the article. Giannis himself did not know what he was going to do until recently. This wasn’t a done deal for weeks and or months - I think we should all be glad it turned out the way it did. It was no gimme.
Giannis didn't just decide today that he was signing. It was all but done for a few weeks now. Few things had to get ironed out. And that's all I'm saying on the subject.
Just glad everything is official finally and we can all move on. It can't be overstated how much this means to this franchise and the city of MKE. So pumped over this!

Giannis is an incredible human who is a great role model for young kids/athletes, an incredibly talent for our team, an ambassador for our city, and a loyal sob. I loved this video and especially at the end about the retired numbers, we all know he will be up there when he does retire, but hopefully there’s multiple championship banners alongside of him. Milwaukee loves you Giannis!!

Re: Giannis SIGNS
My favorite development in all of this are the salty fans saying he won't win a ring now and made a mistake. You just know those are the same people that would have called him out for joining a super team or saying his rings don't matter because he had to go join up with talent. Damned if you do, damned if you don't...
But I don't give a ****, HE STAY

I feel terrible for ever questioning Giannis’ loyalty to Milwaukee, please forgive me.

Re: Giannis SIGNS
Huge win for the Bucks, the NBA and for hoops fans in general. Gianni loves the city and probably loves its chill vibes and not being harassed.
For those who live there, do people bother him much in public?

Has Voodoo posted during games? Voodoo is Giannis, Giannis is Voodoo?

Re: Giannis SIGNS
What a great day. Thank you Giannis ! So happy I can tell the nba to stick it. You know they wanted him in a large market. Watch now, the penalty for tampering will be significant now that he wanted to stay in a small market. Don't care though SUCK IT NBA !!!!!

My wife is a small fan. Only watches the playoffs because I make her or when we go to games. She called me up after she found out crying. This guy has touched so many people throughout the world and he doesn’t even know it
