Give JT Thor or Mensah, Galloway’s two way spot

Charlotte board (Which looks a lot like a less-frequented Bucks board, which I consider a decent compliment) has given up on him becoming anything.

Yeah Thor has been incredibly inconsistent very much like MarJon but two years younger. His athleticism alone is enough to warrant a look at him for a year on a two way.

Mensah has been playing well for the Spurs summer league. I’m guessing they will keep him on a two way with Bassey recovering

Can't the Bucks just not pick up Marjon's team option/waive him to open a spot? I'd prefer the open roster spot over him.

Trent's not really a shot creator though, unlike Bobby. We'd almost be limited to the big 3. I still might do it though.

We had to make the decision on this season last Fall. The deadline for his 4th year option is Halloween.

Is Thanasis on the roster still or technically a free agent.

I believe it, but can someone track this post?

Have seen posters talking about someone on twitter who apparently had inside info on GTJ. Curious who else (especially on this board!) was in the know.

Just wish we had a bit of luck and sorted out our big man situation a little different/better but not a bad offseason. Pray for health and the young dudes taking a step or two.

Free agent, can rehab with the Bucks, can not sit on the bench.

So…if we were considering trading Khris signing GTJ would sure make that easier.

Cheaper to acquire than Lauri and doesn’t require an absurd contract like Ingram. Offers might materialize that weren’t available before.

More likely GTJ makes it easy for Middleton to Robert Horry the regular season if needed. At least for this year.

So we're going to have to find a team who'll take him into space/tpe for a token pick or a move where there's a mutual feeling one team's trash is the other's treasure. Milwaukee's Patrick Baldwin Jr. maybe. Not going to be something good, just different.

Yeah. Portland's got some cheap surplus bigs. Might be the best we can hope for. Reath or Camara?

Mke: DFS, Sharpe
Sac: Bobby
Bkn: Pat, lyles, marjon, sac ‘27 1st, Mke ‘31 2nd

Dame/Delon/Johnson
Trent/Green/Dre
Khris/Prince/Livingston
Giannis/DFS/Smith
Lopez/Sharpe

We ride with 14 and stay under the 2nd apron which I think works. For apron calculations they don’t automatically allocate a minimum 15th salary, right?

Anyway, DFS gives you a versatile front court partner to pair with Giannis when going small. Sharpe gets to learn under brook for the year, and then we re-sign him with the idea that he’ll take Lopez’s spot next year.

I don’t know if Brooklyn would go for it, but they get a 1st and a 2nd and take a flyer on a prospect plus salary filler.

Man I'm trying to think of how we can get younger and more defensive. In my mind we still trade Brook, and Patty C, and Marjon. Ideally the center I would want if we trade Broom would be WCJ out of Orl. Ideally a way to get Thybulle too would be nice.

Trying to come up with a 3 way scenario (Golden state and Detroit)

Detroit out
Stewart

Detroit In
Looney (8 mil expiring)
Moody
Beauchamp

Golden state out:
Looney
Moody
GP3

GS in
Lopez

Milwaukee out
Lopez
Beauchamp

Milwaukee in
Stewart
GP3

Stewart/Portis
Giannis/Prince/Smith
Middleton/AJax/Pat
Trent/Wright/Green
Dame/GP3/Aj

Those are options, as well as Orlando Robinson and Dominic Barlow. Roughly 100 players are better options for that 2 way than Galloway.

Trade 1

Bucks in: WCJ
Spurs in: Lopez
Magic in: Keldon Johnson

Trade 2

Bucks in: Thybulle
Blazers in: Pat, Beauchamp, 2031 2nd

Lillard | Wright | Johnson | Rollins (2way)
Trent Jr | Green | AJJ | Umede (2way)
Middleton | Thybulle | Livingston
Giannis | Prince | Smith
WCJ | Portis |
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Pass for POR.

No interest in those guys. Maybe if they could be moved for assets POR might want.

It’s not value so much as fit.

Ok I know 7 team trades ARE NOT REALISTIC at all but here we go. Maybe can be broke down into 2 separate deals.

Lakers get: Brook, and Marjon. Lopez slides in at the 5, AD can play the 4 now. Marjon can be a player off the bench. Lakers would need to sign a Point guard after this.

Clippers get: Portis and Patty C. Portis can finally start at the 4 for LAC who are looking for a 4. Patty C can be a shooter off the bench.

Port gets: J. Vanderbilt, and A. Jax. Vanderbilt can be a backup for Grant.

Magic get: D.Russell. Russell could start for them. Now I would do another trade for Magic in trading either Anthony or A.Black after.

Nuggs get: R. Westbrook. Russ can back up Jamal.

Hornets get: Z. Nanji.. He can be a back up big.

Bucks get: WCJ, Thybulle, T. Mann, (pf) K. Brown, and (c) N. Richards. WCJ becomes our center, Thybulle and Mann would be awesome defense stoppers and Richards backs up WCJ and K. Brown is a young big.And we get put of the 2nd apron because we would save 8.5 million

Houston doesn’t have a reason to trade him but does have a crowded rotation and they’re star hunting so maybe Horst would try something creative to make it happen.

I bet ppl read Bucks blog about their confidence Marjon is "going to become the Kawhi 2way do it all wing" 2 years ago, BUT look at where we are now... Have to admit I haven't scout Eason enough to have solid opinion but I have certainly read realgm forum alot to know that most praise and gaslight themselves into believing their prospects are the next "whoever" only to receive their daily dopamine dose in their brains.
