Don’t know how you couldn’t like a shot with him. Sure he’s a shell of his old self, but a great culture, training staff, and medical staff can definitely help. Hopefully like others say, that Brook isn’t worse than expected and that this is just a good reinforcement addition. He is a big body who should be able to at the very least take some of the load off Giannis/Brook/Bobby in the regular season.

Also, how washed is Boogie now? I recall him being not good the last few times I saw him play.

He had some decent stretches for the Clippers. I think if he comes in and we expect him to just pick up Brooks production, we'll be disappointed. I'm looking at this as just another big body to help with rebounding. If he can give us anything in that department, its a big help and win overall.

Now we got the Achilles brothers in Cousins and Hood. Let's see if Bud's daily vitamins can revive them both a bit as we keep moving through the season.

I'm a rational human being. All I'm expecting is the 2015-16 version of Cousins on the court and a version of Giannis off the court.

I think Horst and Bud have a very good understanding of what types of players fit their scheme and which don’t. This is a no risk move and they must see some possible upside for Boogie so…why not?
