Re: OT: TV and Movies (With Spoilers)
I've always liked Kevin Costner and recently started watching Yellowstone. I like it for the most part. Season 3 started a couple of weeks ago, I'm still on season 2. Kelly Reilly is great.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I expect 5,000 words on Terriers by end of the day.
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"
Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”

I guess it's an unpopular opinion but so be it. The problem is that I don't think he knows how to write children's characters.
I laughed maybe once or twice throughout the whole thing.

Can you hint at the timeline of the series? Tween until he started playing for UNR?
All high school and recruitment which was wild.

I can't wait. My wife is a UNR alum and is pretty interested.

Alright I started it and I'm already upset there's only 13 episodes.

Youtube TV jumping up to an astronomical $64.99 with the inclusion of crappy Viacom channels.

Ugh, looks like I'm gonna have to find another streaming service to watch live sports whenever they come back.

Speaking of which, after taking like multiple months off to get ours hearts prepared for the last three episodes of When They See Us, my partner and I have finished watching it. I can't imagine I would ever want to watch it again...it made us so angry. Really well done man; inspired me to read up a bunch about the case after the fact since I didn't live through it.

Checked out the Peacock network comings in a couple of weeks. Didn't see much I'm interested in, either old or upcoming.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

So what’s the best alternative that will include live and local sports?

I promise Colin will be an easy-breezy watch, but hopefully it'll still have some poignancy.

"Cord cutting" isn't nearly the deal it used to be. Bundling TV with whoever you use for internet is often the best way to go. For me it's Uverse.

I only have it because it’s free for me but the only thing I’m super interested in so far is the new Psych movie.

Probably Hulu but nothing is perfect. You can't watch most TV away from the home with Spectrum and no one has unlimited DVR available on the road like YouTube TV. I'd go back to Spectrum if the app wasn't such garbage and I didn't need 300 receivers throughout the house each drawing 1.21 gigawatts melting the ceiling above them. Google said they are working on tiers so hopefully that comes to fruition by 2030. ATT is slower than molasses in my area so that's not an option.

Re: OT: TV and Movies (With Spoilers)
At this point streaming services are nothing more than cable companies under a different name. I guess this was always gonna be the end game, but it still sucks that sports fans are basically held hostage by the way they bundle these content packages. True a la carte TV is never gonna happen. TV contracts and content licenses are just too lucrative.
