it will always be khris and giannis right there with oscar and kareem. those are the....duh no brainer guys.
then of course sid was the 80s guy. his sidekicks shifted and they never won anything and his window was kinda short but id still give him the 5 slot pretty easily tho.
but anyway.....theres your top 5 historical bucks. no particular order with my post but if i had a gun to my head id go...

Khris Middleton may been the best man, but the real Best Man is, you guessed it, Frank Stallone.

On T's pod, Thanasis said Giannis always tells him what MCW is getting into. Implied they're best friends.

I'm surprised stuff didn't break when the Greek PM Mitsotakis showed up (their family is hilariously known as the bad luck clan).

That would not have been my first guess. Surprised Wes Matthews got an invite too.
How'd Giannis pick and choose teammates to go?
Is Dame so close to Moe Harkless that his wedding really took precedence?
Also is Bucks Zone misinformation or what's going on with this Bobby Portis thing?

So we can trade Khris then? Is that how this works?

Probably have to wait til media day for Giannis to address this.

As for Dame, I'd imagine Harkless wedding is on the west coast & Dame's maximizing family time before the season starts. I think it's as simple as that. Kids continue living in Portland & he knows it was difficult missing them last year.
Was Dame Moe's best man?

Re: Giannis Gets Hitched
This board has relaxed a bit. No complaints about giannis spending too much time having fun, getting married, honeymooning and not enough time training this off-season.
I'm actually surprised.

sid/marques and sid/cummings....not the same level for sure but those 80s teams had a monstrous amount of depth our other teams lacked. they were also blocked hard by the celtics/sixers and lakers if theyd ever broke thru.
but.....i wouldnt argue hard against the idea that as far as the "best bucks team ever"... that the 80s run had it.
championships take a lot of luck and who you gotta beat to win one plays just as big a role as the talent you have to try

I think if the game hadn't globalized in the intervening decades, I'd agree with you. But there are just so many good professional players in the world today, enough to my mind to overcome the flattening of the NBA talent distribution (and the lack of professionalism / proliferation of "talent" speculation on the ass end of many rosters).
Lots of room for disagreement though; the league is without question very different. I don't think there's any way a guy like Mokeski cracks a contender's rotation today, for example, but he did with us, at least for a year or two, and on the other hand he'd have eaten the lunch of any of todays 19-20 year olds getting intermittent G League assignments.

Freak was saving for his second Supermax deal after hearing where Mariah wanted to have the wedding and reception.
