I'd need to be talked into Dillon Jones if that's the direction. Not really a fan of his game translating.

6’5” 235lbs with a 6’11” wingspan, he has the physical profile to shed some pounds and get more athletic. Played a lead guard role, scores at all 3 levels, was good in the PnR, has range on his 3 ball, high assist rate..

I think he’s a perfect pick at 33. Get him on a pro diet with pro training and you could easily have something there.

I think Cam Christie is going to work his way up to the top of the 2nd round with these guys pulling out of the draft. At this point, I wouldn’t be shocked to see a team take him at the very end of the first.

Mogbo kind of reminds me of PJ Tucker at Texas. More open court stuff, worse competition.

I understand the competition is weak but even Stevie Wonder can tell Jones is the best one out there. He shows a lot of patience which leads me to believe he’s a smart player and understands how to play fast and stay under control. He’s 235lbs, get him down to a leaner 225lbs and he could a beast.

His build is almost identical to Brogdon and his game reminds me of Dion Waiters a little bit. I’m not even sure how he makes it out of the 1st round but he shouldn’t get past 33 if he does.

I think he'll probably carve out a role in the NBA but I don't think it'll look anything at all like what he did in college. He reminds me more of Grant Williams than the guys you're describing personally. I just don't think he's anywhere near the athlete those guards are; he's more of a PF or maybe SF to me.

I would take Missi over Ware. Missi has a better motor.

Ware is one of the scariest guys in the draft imo. My gut says no but the talent is obvious. Agree in preferring Missi in any case.

Apparently we worked out Trentyn Flowers, who I haven't seen enough to have an opinion on, but the descriptions make him sound like my kind of player.

Missi is too raw and in my opinion not the natural talent or athlete ware is.

I get the red flags but at this point take the risk. High end upside is hard to come by in this class. If he’s there at 23 take the swing and don’t look back.

I'm not even the biggest Ware fan (would prefer Missi) but I'd love that outcome assuming we keep both picks. Tyson is gonna be a player.

A few other things that stand out in that mock:

DaRon Holmes reportedly received a promise from a team in the late 1st round and is shutting down workouts as a result. ESPN has him going #28 to Denver right now.

Also mentions that Tyler Kolek is getting "serious looks" from teams picking higher than the #25 slot where they have him going right now.

Still have Bronny going late in the 2nd round despite the buzz that guys like Shams are putting out there that he's under serious consideration for the 1st round.

Missi has red flags as well. Conditioning is one of them so I read.

The thing with Ware that I can't shake is that he's strikingly similar to another former Indiana big man with questionable motor and IQ, and that's Thomas Bryant.

or Vonleh (who I wasn't high on), otherwise going outside he conjures up Brandon Wright (who I was high on). Listening to him, he's sleepy, & he falls asleep at points in games. Compared to a Missi there's a skill-set there you don't see. Both guys are risky picks.

I think you wait to the 2nd to take the chance, if still available. I'm pretty firm on Da Silva if he falls, Djurisic if not, & warming up to Edey as a plan C. Similarly to Ware, he checks a lot of boxes, you just don't know if it adds up. But I buy his mentality more.

Ware seems like a good talent to bet on, particularly with Giannis in the locker room.

After almost 6mins of a YouTube highlight I obviously know everything about him now and I must say he’s quite the intriguing option. 23 seems overzealous but I’ve seen crazier things happen on draft night before.
