I can't believe the way Doc prepped for the regular season by playing all the old guys together (in Cali so he could golf), leading to that 2-8 start.

Then before the postseason he prepped by starting Prince at 2g & never benching Kuz for poor performance. Doc's always digging holes w/ his lack of prep. Then cuz we dig ourselves out of 1 against Minny w/ a better lineup, well it's all good.

This is obviously an extra-pitiful performance by us, but I think there's also some "I hate Indy with a burning passion" blindness going on here. Indy IS really good and it's entirely possible they are much more talented than us (sans Dame). They had one of the best records in the league in 2025 - Thunder, Cavs, Celtics...and Pacers.

We gotta try and figure out how to take one before Dame returns so we don't dig ourselves in too big of a hole, and hope Giannis/Dame/KPJ can figure it out in realtime (and that Doc let them).

Kind of surprised so many are surprised. This is who they are and how they played in the regular season. From top to bottom. Pacers came to win.

It’s one game and sure they could come back, but they aren’t going to change who they are. Low BBIQ and not enough talent.
