Say we can trade Henson for expirings and say Monroe does opt out, what do you guys want to do if we have basically max money to spend? Steph, Lowry, and Paul will all be free agents. They would all be great targets and I suppose it depends on how their teams do in the playoffs whether we even have a chance. However they also take the ball out of Giannis hands. I wish we would play point Giannis more to see if he can develop his PG skill further but we seem to be going away from it more and more. But I suppose even the Cavs have Kyrie and they still want another play maker.

I think Otto Porter would also be awesome to throw max money at day one in FA. Either make the wizards pay up since he is a RFA or else land him and decide what to do with Jabari later. I definitely wouldn't go into free agency looking to extend Jabari right away like we did with Giannis. I'd hold that card in my hand as long as possible. Hell I'd let Jabari go all the way to RFA. There are too many holes in his game still and injury history to throw him the huge extension a year before you have to IMO.

Lmao, you are looking to win in 2021? Please more 19 year olds, nothing says building a contender like a team full of kids who have no clue how to win in the NBA teaching each other how to fail. Plus Giannis would be gone after all these years of losing and they would lose big time.

I said get some productive free agents in my plan. That's likely going to be guys with experience. Furthermore, in a subsequent post, I had a list of players that are nowhere near 19 years of age.

Yeah, $60MM in cap space would help that for sure.

They should just give it to Ted Thompson.

So who wins out to start at center to close the season?

Hawes, Hibbert and Monroe (if he's still here) have millions on the line if they could pull off a strong finish.

This is almost as good as when we discussed trading for "Bo Outlaw".

Haha, I was actually in Philly at that game and had 2nd row seats for rediculously cheap since that 6er team was so awful. 6ers fans were going nuts when Hawes made that fade away 3 and so was I. Everyone in the building was so happy. Some 6ers fans weren't sure why a guy dressed in a Bucks gear would be so happy. Caron Butler saw me going crazy happy after the Hawes 3 pointer and gave me a dirty look. But the Comcast videographer I was seated by understood, and actually seemed like the only 6er fan that wanted 6ers to lose that game for the tank. Hawes is definitely a legend and Parker can thank him for that win.

Man, if he hits that shot, we might have been forced to take Embiid.

SOB had launched four days earlier. This entire board was on an emotional high during that game. One of the top five all time group experiences on this board.

My guess is if we didn't pick as high as #2 we would have picked Exum, which would have been really bad.

Just a few short months after paying $1.65 million, Plumlord will have to put the house back on the market.

Wouldn't help. He'd sign 5 more undrafted rookies and feel his work is done in free agency.

Especially after he built the custom indoor unicycle track in the place, that's gonna be a tough sell.

Obviously a monster trade. But this at least shows that the Plumlee contract was a market value contract at the time, which is something I never believed until today. I hope this deal wasn't done with an eye on re-signing Snell. He has probably exceeded the expectations of this board, but still not a guy that really moves the needle.
