Yea Boston was probably going to win anyway especially with Denver going out in the second round. It was pretty easy but anybody who has paid attention around the league throughout the year should’ve had the Celtics as the favorites. I think a healthy bucks and knicks could’ve both given them problems and possibly beat them but I would’ve had the Celtics favored in those series.

I dont like Luka so I enjoy this finals anyway. But the way how Celtics play is joy itself. Defense and team play (especially in first 2 games) are such a great things to watch. No egos and team before any individual. Also love that regular season best wins it.

And when we watch only postions PG, SG, SF Celtics' Jrue, White, Brown looks like 2nd best defensive trio ever. I have only Harper, Jordan, Pippen as better.

According to Second Spectrum, Doncic has allowed the three highest blow-by percentages on drives in a playoff series in the past 10 years. In the first round, the LA Clippers drove past him 65.2% of the time. In the second round, the Oklahoma City Thunder blew past him on defense 59% of the time. Against the Celtics, that percentage has ballooned to 67.7%.

Not sure if this now means we sabotaged the Celtics?

I would cream myself if Boston becomes the first NBA team to lose a series after going up 3-0. It's a pipe dream, but boy would it be awesome.

Seen this Boston team show up too many times against the Bucks this season to dismiss that they're an ATG team and on their way to a dynasty. They've made more 3s than Dallas, too.

Boston really didn’t gaf about that one. I expect they’ll rout them in game 5.

I hate Celtics fans and Boston media, but I super hate the Mavs ownership. Need to find some way of memoryholing this postseason.

I'll believe it when I see it. With Barkley's known penchant for gambling and his enjoyment of the spotlight, I would be surprised if he didn't end up elsewhere on a very lucrative deal. Maybe Amazon?

Hell of a way to announce it. After a game no one was watching on a channel that nobody has.

Jerian Grant had another amazing performance on the last deciding Greek Championship Game.
Kendrick Nunn folded a bit and it was Jerian Grant and Sloukas who carried Panathinaikos and won the title.

Who knew Jerian Grant was that good ?
I can't believe he is already 32 years old, seems like yesterday when I scouted him predraft.
If I were in Bucks FO I would have created a dynasty team. I can't imagine how good I could become if scouting was my main work. I could find more gems, increase makes and reduce my misses.
Not getting Jerian here is like we lost the opportunity of having a high quality two way point guard for 10 years.

Panathinaikos was 0-2 in a 5 game Championship series ... they did something not done for 20 years.... won 3 in row and became Champions.

I wish the Mavs could do the same against Boston.

But it wudna turd, it was me!

I mean 2 years in row missing the playoffs. The way he gets himself injured is pretty stupid and disheartening ... He literally decided to spin his body mid air and extend his arm for a layup attempt after K.Love tackled him and fell like a watermelon and the latest was playing injured for cutting a 4L streak. It's not misfortune, its him, he can't control his buldozing everyone mentality.
Humble yourself Giannis, act smart, make your FTs, win it all again.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
