If Smart's newfound stroke is legit he's immediately at or near the top of my board. Elite athlete, learning the PG position and can play it adequately right now, threat in the post, gets into the lane easily and can finish or get to the line, defensive playmaker. Give him a consistent jumper and I don't know how that isn't a potential franchise player.
