Pretty simple that a team with more cap room called his agent and said we will offer you more money than the Bucks can pay since the sign and trade triggers the hard cap and the Bucks are up against it with the trade for Jrue

LeussiT and I repeatedly said you can't do a sign and trade before the draft, and then the Bucks backchanelled one between best friends. It's a fine deal, Bogdan just has to fib for a few days. At least everyone now understands what LuessiT and I were talking about. I'm 99% confident this will go through without a snag.

The trade for Jrue has no change on our cap, and anyone else doing a sign and trade for Bogdan will also be hardcapped.

Everyone is just avoiding tampering charges.
