Re: PG under Kidd?
Why not just bring Sessions back on a reasonable deal. He's not crazy old, doesn't dominate the ball, and could split time with Wolters. By all accounts seems like a good teammate and liked it here. We're likely to lose either way, I'm fine with Sessions returning. I'd rather him than Livingston, Harris, etc.
Bledsoe would be nice, but I don't see that happening and his contract is going to be massive.

I'm on board with others here: I want no part of Sessions coming back. He is way too ball-dominant iso driving for my tastes given our team right now. He has a definitively valuable NBA skillset, I'm just not interested in him taking minutes from younger guys. This isn't to say I'm in favor of Livingston but I really do think Kidd may attract him and he'll want to play for him again.

Bring in Marshall. Run P&R with Miroslav. Reap rewards.

I actually think Wolters can start on a contender. Wolters rarely makes mistakes, keeps everyone involved, doesn't need to dominate the ball to be effective, has great size for the position, and plays solid defense. If he can start hitting open jump shots, he's an incredible compliment to Giannis and Parker.

I do. I watched the Lakers for long stretches in the 2nd half. Marshall's pedestrian PG play was a significant source of just a general distaste for his game in general. I'm assuming '...without costing us any losses' means help the tank? Anyhow, I'm not opposed to seeing Marshall I'm just not impressed with anything he does outside of making the easy pass look flashy.
Marshall is only a band aid move for this season because he moves the ball around. We just need a PG to facilitate to the guys that need to get going - Parker and Giannis. Marshall can fit that role nicely while not winning us extra games with his individual play.
I see the point. Though I roll in favor of Wolters and Giannis, a 3rd PG who actually facilitates movement would be a plus. In this light, I'd be fine w/ Marshall. Heck, I think I'd even be fine with Brian Roberts - not the passer Marshall is but relatively unselfish and a consummate energy player. I also wouldn't be surprised if we signed Livingston. I really wouldn't.
There are so many sufficient answers to the question "Who should our 3rd PG be?" it's almost not worth discussing. Almost.
My criteria would be: relatively young (under 24 -- this would help ensure that they don't help us win, and if they do, they are probably a pretty good prospect and a possible trade chip), free to acquire, above average passing OR any player who we're paid to take. I don't think Kendall Marshall would fit that free to acquire bit, but if he does, sure, yes, why not.

People need to stop suggesting this.
Bledsoe is about to receive a max deal from Phoenix. Going after him makes absolutely zero sense for a rebuilding franchise like the Bucks.

Re: PG under Kidd?
Bledsoe is 24. He is prime candidate for a rebuilding team that needs a PG. He is young, athletic, and improving. Also we have roughly $13 million in cap space so slightly overpaying based on potential isn't the worst thing. Much better than bringing back Sessions on a multi year deal for half the money. Between Ersan, Zaza, OJ and Delfino the Bucks have a lot of money coming off the books in the next two years. A potential Bledsoe deal isn't going to kill your cap for years to come.

with the Suns trying to throw all that money at Melo/Bron I would offer Bledsoe the max ASAP and hope that they hold off waiting on Melo and others. Man would I be happy about that move. He's a bit injury prone but he's a dynamic point guard and if he stays healthy I think we'd have our core in place.

You mean we're not getting Lebron and having the most positionless team in basketball with three small forwards on the floor in transition?

I agree. He doesn't look like he'll be a star, but I'm not ready to give up on a second round pick who was put in a starting position pretty much on day one and looked damn impressive.

I think Wolters upside (if he improves his shot) is as a Beno Udrih / Luke Ridnour type player who can fill a role and provide good insurance for your team. Maybe a little better than those guys, but I don't really see him as a long term starter and he isn't a good enough defender / floor spacer to be the ideal role playing PG.

Now Now Now... Can't be positionless if you call them small forwards. You have to admit.... it would be one helluva fun thing to watch... at least on fast breaks.

Re: PG under Kidd?
I'm officially on record in the "Y U GUYS HATE BK" thread as wanting to trade him, mainly due to the upcoming contract, but I do admit to being intrigued by the thought of him going to Kidd PG camp. It could even be a situation where we get him on the cheap next year because he isn't very good right now but, after a couple of years of tutelage, he actually does make the leap.

Re: PG under Kidd?
PHX can run the Point through Dragic. Because PHX can match the Bucks offer on Bledsoe the Bucks will have to do a sign and trade. They have plenty of bait - Henson would probably make the most sense.
PG Bledsoe/Wolters
2G Mayo/*Knight
SF Giannis/Middleton/Delfino
PF Parker/Ersan
C Sanders/Zaza/Rad
These guys will show much more respect for Kidd then Drew. Watch for Kidd to be on Mayo. A motivated (Fat Free) Mayo can be a solid player and can also become an asset (at least far more so then now). Then you have the Rookie 2nd rounders and Adrien who could step up (stay tuned to Summer League).

Re: PG under Kidd?
As mentioned, if the Bucks were to give Bledsoe a MAX offer immediately, Phoenix might not match it. They are trying to pursue LeBron and Melo, so before giving a MAX to another player, they'll want to sort that out.
Phoenix is going to offer Bledsoe a contract shortly, but I'm guessing it's a low-ball offer that they'll try to sell him into taking by saying, "take this offer and we have space to sign LeBron!" But if the Bucks threw a MAX offer at him at the same time, they might be able to steal him without having to compensate the Suns.
It's worth a shot for a 24 year old PG with big time upside who would fit perfectly with the current core.
If they somehow pulled that off, they are set at PG with Bledsoe and Wolters backing him up, then they just need to find a SG and they could go back to the Kings with a Knight for McLemore offer.

I stick with my Andre Miller prediction. I couldn't think of another white guy to compare him to.
But seriously though, he's way better at getting to the rim and running an offense than either of those guy ever were.

I vote for Darren Collison. Healthy. Great Shooting percentages. excellent assist/turnover ratio. 26 is a tad old but PG is a good position to have experience to help development of youngsters. Clips want to resign but can only afford so much for a backup.

He was a rookie last year and everyone is ready to call him a career backup?
I don't get it.
If he adds a jump shot then you have a solid starting, young, point. The ball will move. We don't want him to score in mass quanities, we want him to run the team.
