Ruby Rose has the acting range of Kristen Stewart. Woof
I firmly believe 85 pound Ruby Rose can toss grown men around.

This looks like it's going to be an even bigger sjw circle jerk then what Supergirl has become. Shame though. It's a good character. Would work better in a Birds of Prey TV show

Is anyone aware of any serious down-the-middle non political Star Wars podcasts or....I don't know...criticism anymore? I'd really like to know if such a thing exists. I used to really love the Star Wars minute podcast before every episode turned into "my daughter loves Rey, and you should see her little face if you don't love these movies." I suppose once you have a fat Patreon going, you can't piss off your base of Last Jedi lovers, but the whole dialog around the extended saga got partisan and nasty after the schism.

So TLJ sucked for at least a dozen reasons and actively destroyed Star Wars, but is there any outlet that generally holds that opinion without getting into all the right wing stuff? I'd listen to that.

I can't believe that they thought it was a good idea to make Star Wars polarizing. A shame really.

Not sure what service you use but if it's one of the HBO services or an Amazon channel you can get it a couple minutes before it goes live on Cable/Sat.

Yeah on HBO Now or Amazon it's available right away. Personally I'll wait until after the game which should wrap up by 8:30. And while I've heard some people complain about the stream quality of they try to watch it right at 8 I haven't noticed it the one time I watched at 8. I usually watch a bit later anyway. '
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Thanks. I usually watch through my Spectrum on demand. But if it's not up there when Bucks end, I'll try one the apps.

I'm not gonna go social media dark during the game so I pretty much have to move the game to a second screen at 8 tonight. Hopefully the Bucks are up big at that point.

I'm not on Patreon. Don't know if they have more SW on there. They also have commentaries for some of the other movies:

If TLJ and this final season of GoT have taught me anything, it's that I'm incredibly glad I've become better at learning to like or dislike something, voice my opinion, and then just let it go. The need to spend incredible amounts of time convincing everyone why something is great or why something is horrible isn't something I get sucked into very much anymore.

Very first sentence:

The Last Jedi sent a message to the Star Wars fandom that, at least from the filmmakers’ perspective, the Skywalkers’ story was ready to come to a close.

Why would a movie where someone with Skywalker blood rose to the most powerful position, signal an end to the Skywalker story?

Because Ren isn't a Skywalker...?

He's got Leia blood.

The red room fight was the best thing of that movie. Hope they don't undo that..the rest can go

At this point I'm just glad the show is over. Even as I was watching the finale I just wanted it to be over.

Spoiler:
Thinking my least favorite things this season:

• Jamie and Cersei's deaths
• Nothing for Arya to do in the last two episodes
• Democracy, LOL
• Tyrion is a prisoner and then he just sorta picks the new king
• Where the hell they going north of the Wall and why
• Basically everything that happened after Dany's death until the last five minutes which were fine

Last shots were beautiful. Almost nothing else makes any sense.
