Best crowd we've had in a long time. This should be the norm for a contending team with 2 superstars.

I was there. Very loud. Very fun game.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

That’s what I’m talking about! 2nd row seats for the family were a gamble but as soon as I knew Giannis was playing I was happy. The fact that we won a great game was gravy. 10/10 will be back next year.

That AJJ spin pass out to AJGreen had me howling. Rare I do that these days. Oh and the Patty high release three too. Love Pat, he's coming around.
Giannis was scoring at will unless Williams was on him. Have I mentioned I hate him?

I was a bit down on Giannis the first what 9 games? Man he's turned the corner. He looks confident, decisive, and this is even against the guy who's given him fits with Williams. Well done Giannis. Dre is a future stud btw. That guy is a gamer and probably the smartest player on the team with insane physical gifts. His shot doesn't even seem that bad at this point.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Meh solid crowd the last 6 minutes. Other than that more energy opening night.

Was at the game tonight. Anyone care to explain Griffins challenge? 11 minutes left in the 4th, non shooting, we didn't even get the ball, foul was not on Giannis or Dame. Really seemed awful and no real payoff even if he was right.

That's as fun a game as you'll see in November. Incredible. Four players worth the price of admission. Both Luka and Kyrie are off the charts talents. Loved how Giannis kept punishing them at the rim. The Dame-Giannis PnR is starting to gel. AJJ/AJG contributions. LETS **** GOOOOO!

I think Bostons combination in the playoffs was a #1 Giannis defender. They had guys at 3 levels (smart -pg, Williams - wing, Horford - down low). So yeah I think he annoys Giannis but a lot less effectively if smart and Horford didn't already draw 2 offensive fouls on Giannis.

Loved us going back to Pat. Winners make the right decision even if the last time it didn't work. Pat missed a wide open 3 that would've sealed the game. What do we do? Go f-ing right back to Pat because it's the right f-ing play and he buried the 3.

Paxson, kerr, horry, pat. It will go down in the history books.

4 future hall of famers all having big games and the Bucks win. Happy that it turned out you picked a good one.

It helped Boston that it was difficult to get Giannis switched onto a true weak link. Basically only Brown was getting torched bad enough that they couldn’t get help there in time. Everyone else could offer resistance until a wall formed/help arrived.

Boston is also good about preswitching off ball to prevent horrible mismatches. So they kept Brown away from Giannis as much as possible.

Mavs have no one besides Grant that has any chance to stop Giannis from getting to the rim instantly. Their only other good defenders are Lively (not quick enough) and Jones Jr (not strong enough).

Glad Grant Williams is in the Western Conference now.

As awesome as that game was for the Bucks, one of my biggest takeaways is thanking the Celtics for trading Grant Williams.

Williams is one of the few guys in the league who knows Giannis' game and really knows how to force Giannis into taking bad shots. Giannis still had a big game but Williams didn't make it easy. And we're just talking one game in November, Grant Williams is a guy who can really wear Giannis down over the course of a 7 game series, we saw it in 2022.

If you're going up against Giannis in a best of 7 series, Williams has a ton of value. Thank you Boston.

The Celtics might look sexier on paper with Jrue and KP and they will still be really good, but they traded away all the guys that made them a tough match up for the Bucks.

I think we'll be fine this season, but we kind of luck out that it just so happens that our two biggest competitors in the east, Sixers & Celtics, are both favorable match ups for us.

This is the first time in the Giannis era that our biggest threats in our conference are teams that we match up really well with. Boston was a nightmare match up for us the past 2 seasons. Now we are a nightmare match up for them. Partly because we now have Dame, but also because they traded away their committee of guys sans Horford who were effective at slowing down and wearing down Giannis.

Will be interesting though to see what the Sixers do before the deadline. Hopefully they don't trade for Grant Williams or Marcus Smart...lol.

Williams and Giannis were chatting up and down the floor tonight all game. Think there’s a lot of mutual respect between those dudes

Funny, last night it was, “We need this stupid tournament to get a decent game to watch in November”. Then tonight it’s, “We don’t need no stinking tournament”. :)
