We continue to have to play smarter on both ends and hope that we make enough shots/free throws to overcome the stupid stuff we do. Always feels like we're trying to give the game away.

Trae young hitting nothing but AJ Green's hand on the trey ball in Q3, no call. Saw it live. SVG or BA called it a block. Replay showed he fouled him & didn't touch the ball.

Transition AJ plays him straight up & gets whistled for #4.

Glad they overcame stuff like this, TP's turnovers, Khris being off.

Is it just me, or is Doc really quick picking up the obvious rotation moves in ways he hasn't in previous jobs? Dre and Green haven't had to overly prove themselves relative to the vets, GTJ isn't being overvalued, Prince looks to be heading towards hanging out with Pat, Not trying to make Wright into a PG, using Middleton instead.

Far from a perfect game but an 8 point win against a team that beat us by 15 at home and still some doom and gloom. I'll be happy with the win DESPITE the adversity.

Pat will get some minutes if Trent and Prince continue to suck. Prince has been especially bad. Doc has shown he'll change up the rotation as needed.

But Doc doesn't anticipate & takes too long to recognize.

From the start of the season, he should have figured he needed to mix young w/ old. Switched up after game 5. But still reverts to this bad habit often. He's been trotting out Prince thru this illness while he's sucked. Trent's been scuffling the last few games. Last game almost got us beat defending Suggs. This one couldn't throw it in the ocean. Meanwhile, Green was hot, but he sat until almost the end of the half. Doc loves his 2 big lineups, but then when he plays 1 it's Bobby, so you have no rim protection.

Some teams have made it pretty far w/ bad coaches in recent seasons, but I think he's another thing we need to overcome.

Just finished watching. We spent so much energy at defense and played best defense IMO in last 2 years. Refs kept it close and at the end we were tired because we spent so much energy at defense. Stupid mistakes were direct result of being tired IMO.

Players clearly care about cup. I care too and I dont understand all of you who dont care. Your team is about to win one of competitions and you dont care? I cared about each 3 on 3 basket game that I played on street. Each 2 on 2 and each 1 on 1. I dont let my kids beat me in any game. The NBA cup is official competition. When you win it you get a trophy and other 29 teams dont. Really strange resistance from most of you to NBA cup.
