You are definitely overrating this roster.

He did miss a lot of layups, but still shot over 50% and scored 31 of our 102, while the rest of the Bucks shot 39%. The loss might have a little to do with the rest of the Bucks.

The other 4 players on the court just stood twiddling their thumbs cause Giannis wanted the ball every possession. That's fine if he's putting up a hyper efficient 40+ points, but he's not and it cost them. Trying to force action to get his rhythm back and it's also coming at the expense of his defense.

So many plays where if someone makes a simple basket or secures a rebound, we win this going away. There were multiple four point turnaround sequences against us tonight.

Obviously, being an elite player these days is not enough. The psychological aspect of the game is just as important. Lack of effort = lack of wins. As we've seen, painfully, even though there are crappy teams, every team has a player who can light it up on their night.

Glad I'm going on holiday next week. I need a week off to refresh and come back keen and ready to beat the Knicks... hopefully.

Love Tony Snell. Talked to him last season at a Herd game when he played for the Celtics G league team. Now he plays for a different G league team.

Will I see Khris in Oshkosh in a few years?

Maybe sooner at this rate.

Is he also shook from missing so many non game ending shots? Dude has missed a lot of shots.

Could be. He seems to play better when Giannis is out.... Until teams double him and he can't do s#it. Seems to know and play his role better when he has to carry the team. Kris does the same too. If Kris is the 3rd or 4th option, He gets his 15 ish points. They need to play way more aggressive and quicker.. take more shots.

Good luck to the next coach trying to get through to this playing group.

There definitely needs to be roster tweaks, but I do think there is a group of solid players on this team that a better coach could be getting more out of right now.

BigO wrote:What's upsetting is that Prunty laid out at halftime what the offense had to do and they didn't do it. Virtually every bucket they did get was because of ball movement. Bucks had 25 assists, more than the Blazers, but they didn't do it enough.

Dame doesn't look like he can beat his man anymore. That's a concern.

Yes. It's much more a talent issue than a coaching issue

Doc intimating at looking at Khris coming off the bench.

This team needs a starting center, shooting guard and small forward and if you want to trade Dame a starting PG. Other than that they are top 3 contender in the East.

My fear is Doc will get bumped up to POBO and Ham will take over next season. Lose/lose.

The other guys got good shots, and missed them. Dame had the ball more, but did nothing with it.

I might be reaching but I swear Doc is subtextually calling out Midds' defense. He just said he didn't think Brook was moving well.

What can we get for Khris and Brook? A center, a shooting guard?
