Weird post. Dame made two 3s in a row, missed a 3, made a layup, then missed another 3 and then had a TO throwing it out of bounds. He had the ball a ton. Giannis had like 2 possessions during that entire stretch and he scored both times.

Weird in that he made two in a row and they didn't pass it to him after that or just weird that we both brought up random possessions?

He got the ball back the possession one possession after the b2b 3s and bricked one. He literally got 3 of the next 4 possessions after the b2b 3s. You're actually like they froze him out for minutes.

I didn’t love the Dame 3, but we’ve also seen him hit that shot a bunch. He missed. It’s fine.

I think the Green three point shot, which Giannis cleaned up and gave us a chance, out of our last time out was one of the worst plays I've ever seen drawn up.

Lol yes I think that may have been the worst look of AJ Green's career.

This just seemed like a game the Bucks had no business winning going into the 4th but they almost stole it. Always tough to lose these but they happen to every team over the course of the season.

I don't want to overlook Prince having a nice game. 13/4/3/1. Hit a couple of key shots in the 4th. Went after Wagner.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

He made two in a row and then Giannis and Brook decided it would be better for them to pass it between themselves. Of course Brook traveled with it so they didn't even get a shot off.

Would much rather have Middleton passing it out to Grayson and not getting a shot off.

And again, kpj is a better playmaker. Let him create and others can shoot from wherever they want.

Indeed. We've been playing well. We fell short tonight. No reason for hair on fire.

I've been a Dame defender but I want off. He just makes too much money for what he doesn't bring. It was an experiment we took our shot didn't work. Trade him in the off-season and pray Giannis doesn't ask out.

Oh yeah, been hearing the radio guy call him Dairy Bird. Perhaps he has been doing it for some time?

Small sample but coming into tonight Bucks in the clutch have a 98 ORtg (3rd worst O) but also 2nd best DRtg (114 minutes).

Dame: 17/51 FG, 4/26 from 3

Glad we showed some fight in the 4th. As this team has aged they have a harder time getting up for regular season games which I think is fine - it’s a long ass season.

But, man, is it such a joy watching Giannis flip the switch and start playing both sides with energy. We played him at the 5 and he started to bring that in the 4th. He was bothering guys on defense, and driving with a purpose on offense. He doesn’t bring it with the regularity that he used to, and once again, I’m perfectly fine with it, because I know it’s all about the playoffs, but it’s awesome to watch when he locks in.

So Wes Matthews was the color guy? I was on a stream and had no clue who it was. I thought he was pretty good. That duo should be our regulars next year. Lisa and Marques can be the subs. Send Novak's boring ass packing.

The issue isn’t Dame taking the final shot, it’s him taking **** awful shots when there are better options. Only chuck garbage up like that if they’re down 3. Ball in Giannis hands and we’re at least getting FTs.

Cant play a guy 28 minutes that scores 0 point. He is not that great of a defender.

This.

I have no issues with Dame taking the final shot if it's a reasonable look. The "step back heave hero-ball shot' was not a reasonable shot.

He's not even looking to involve anyone else if there's another option. He has complete tunnel vision in that scenario regardless of how difficult the shot is.

9th after tonight. But their defense (2nd best as I mentioned) is the biggest reason why.
