I've been living and working temporarily in Richmond for almost a year now. They adopted Washington sports teams there. Was blessed with Commander football and cursed with Wizard basketball. I've watched pretty much every game and Middleton hasn't had the impact people are trying to make it out to be. I love the guy and appreciate everything he did for this team but let's give it a rest.

Literally impossible for his biggest fan.

Maybe Khash will come back to Bucks after he’s bought out next February and we’ll all have a happy ending.

March basketball isn’t real. Teams are either resting or tanking.

I dont think that's possible since we will still be over the first apron. But he could decline his option and sign here in the off-season for less than a third of the 30+m he was due. now, i know that seems crazy... But its khris and its giannis. If they talked it out, there's no telling what is actually possible.

Oh yeah, I forgot that applied to the 1st apron too.

I don’t think we had anything to better the Caruso offer from the Bulls unless we threw in the 2031 pick. That would have been a big call for a player who wouldn’t touch the ball much with Giannis and Dame on the floor. He’s succeeding in Chicago due to the usage he’s getting.

I like Gidds, but I’m still not sure his game translates well on an NBA contender where he’d need to be the third banana.

Alex Caruso is a dog, I wish he was a Buck.

I missed only 3 Washington games that were played by Middleton in using March numbers. What a false narrative

Yeah, why cherry pick out those 3 games? Just use the whole sample. It's already a really small sample.

Ironically it’s a bigger sample than you and others used from last year’s playoffs to say Middleton can still step up in the postseason. I guess it’s fair then for me to question that due to a small sample size of 6 games.

I thought the Giddey-Caruso trade was a deal that made a lot of sense for both teams and made even more sense once the Bulls were able to offload Lavine. Giddey is a flawed player and those flaws get maximized if you're competing for a title. But when you're just trying to figure ish out, his flaws matter a whole lot less.

Good thing he was doing it back to February too then. I think it has more to do w/ the trades, then putting the ball in his hands more, allowing him to flourish. He's an on ball guy.

Remains to be seen if you can win big w/ your team centered around him. But there's potential for him to be big Steve Nash. Nash was a bit player his 1st 4 yrs, after coming out as a college vet. Giddey's 22 now. Nash didn't win a 'ship, but did a lot of games.

Never got why this was perceived as a bad trade for Chicago. It was a reasonable gamble, w/ picks attached, while giving up a role player. Made more sense than just about anything Charlotte's ever done.

Giddey's pr was insanely low coming off of a playoffs were he got benched and the whole off alleged underage thing.

Has Giddey actually been better or is this just a 16-game sample where he's been way above his usual efficiency and usage? Per-36 numbers are basically identical to his career averages still (17/9/8). He's no longer in MCW territory efficiency-wise, sure. His problem continues to be that he's simply not a good enough player to warrant the kind of usage that maximizes his skill set, though (0.87 PPP as a pick & roll ball-handler).

Wow. I hope he's OK. While I'm done with him as a coach, he seemed like an awesome dude.

Sounds like they're only letting local preferred media asking him questions. Bud sounds like he knows he's getting canned and he's just playing out the last few days.

While the Mavs rightly took a severe beating for the Luka trade, it has really gone under the radar just how bad the KAT trade has been for Minny. They were close to the NBA finals last year and now look like Bucks West.

I know people like to look past him stringing together good games just because it's the end of the year, but he's shown more ability in this stretch than most of Horst's 1st rounders combined (outside Donte), and Horst decided to give up on that type of talent in half a season but kept guys like Marjon around for 3 years lmao. Ironic the one guy he might have hit on, he sold for pennies on the dollar.

That one play where he makes the nifty pass and then leaks back for the 3 point catch and shoot is no one on our current team.

Always good to know that our front office can’t be trusted in any context. More absolutely inexcusable bull. Going to be a TON of fun watching him turn into exactly the type of player we need.

Lakers with another fully healthy dud against the magic.

Bulls stay hot and beat the nuggets, albeit without jokic.

Tatum also might have a bad ankle injury after sabonis got caught under him

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
