I'm usually part of the negative brigade but I, oddly, feel more positive about where this team is now than maybe I've felt all year.

Imagine if you could somehow add a healthy Dame to this mix. How the heck does an opposing defense stop that team?

The same way they did all year. We're easier to stop when we take the ball out of Giannis giant hands.

I do like being on this side of the playoff bracket.

The Cavs are the favorite obviously. But I wouldn't be shocked if any one of the Cavs, Pacers or Bucks ended up in the ECF from our end of the bracket. For a 60+ win team, the Cavs don't scare me as much as a 60+ win team should. Celtics are going to cruise to ECF on their end of the bracket.

Our closing lineups with Dame have been dreadful. We were the worst crunch time team in the league before Dame went out.

What are the Bucks up to now, 14-5 with Giannis but no Dame?

Now that Doc stumbled upon a great closing lineup, adding another great scorer to it will fortify and I guarantee you a closing lineup that includes Giannis, KPJ and a healthy Dame would be hard to contain because it has a good mix.

Fun knowing that Giannis was the most dominant player in a game in which another all-nba talent was going off while also knowing full well that Giannis has another level.

I’m pumped to see his Terminator self.

That said. It would be next level satisfying to knock the Pacers out with Giannis making them his bitch.

I promise if we beat the Pacers in the series, I won't complain about anything in round 2.....at least until after game 2.

Lol.

We're gonna roll the Pacers.

Also, Cade’s awesome.

He’s like 80% Luka, and somehow that also means 80% speed.

Is dame willing to pass up a contested 3? I dont think so.

Yes Cade is awesome. Duren is nice, Harris is versatile. They'll be so much better when they use the Hardaway money on a real player.

It was good last year so I just gotta assume a lot of that is flukey. Either way my point was we need another guy out there who can create for himself.

I feel the same way.

Dame returning would be better I think but Giannis needs to get longer minutes as pg ; imagine Dame being another available 3 point shooter at different points in the game.

I think we can beat the Pacers but it will probably be a tough series if we win it imo.

I don't know if it is a fact. But just going by memory of the standings. The Pacers have to have one of the best records in the league since January 1st. If the season was 83 games the Pacers probably would have stolen the #3 seed from the Knicks.

If we roll the Pacers, at that point I would be pretty confident we could upset the Cavs.

I agree completely. The stance that Giannis is out of line is the one I don't get. Giannis thought he was trolling someone he was boys with after watching that player troll the bench all night. I understand not having fun when the game is over. He started lashing out pretty ridiculously. I enjoyed watching Beasley get upset. Just like he would have loved to walk out with the win after repeatedly celebrating his makes. :D

Disagree. Beasley has been chirping all night. Turnabout is fair play. It was an emotionally charged night for the Pistons, but if you can't take it happening to you, then don't do it in the first place.

Anybody would be mad in that situation including Giannis. I love trash talk and celebrating and I thought Giannis' initial shimmy was hilarious. But then he kept going and following Beasley all over the court. He ignored referees and others telling him to back off which is where Giannis lost me. It's really not that serious though.

Kpj is more of a natural facilitator. Would be fun to see him setting up Giannis and Dame... Then the Dame Giannis two man game doesn't have to be the end all be all.

Yes, the Pacers have been really good since the ASB, but i don't think they match up well with this version of the Bucks. We're not slow anymore, and the offense is suddenly humming.

Beasley realizes that he got the contact he got because of Giannis, right?
Why should you go to jail for a crime someone else noticed? You don't need double talk... You need Bob Loblaw.
