Soon you'll be able to rationalize trading a 2015 and 2017 first AND Henson or Sanders for that second top-3/4 pick.

Sign me up. I still don't think that nets us another top 5 pick. But, I'd love to be wrong.

****. Philly, Orlando and Utah don't need centers.

Would need one of our targets to be there when Boston picks. Or for Orlando to really sour on Vucevic.

I'd put the chances of us trading for another pick in the top 4 right around .000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%.

Good to see Wiggins with the lead.

Bucks board remains :

Wiggins
Exum
Parker
Embiid

Amazing to see Wiggins flip votes and move into number one.

Jabari needs a swag 30 point game to pull some back.

Wiggins has to be the pick. I truly believe that if you add him, subtract out the "vets" namely (Ridnour, Butler, Mayo) we already have the tools in place to rebuild.

If Wolters proves he can't be a steady influence at pg (he doesn't need to be a stud with wings like Giannis and Wiggins) that really leaves one last hole to fill.

1. Cavs - Embiid
2. Magic - Wiggins
3. Nuggets - Exum

Edit - must be the Jabari goes on 2 year mission scenario lol

In any scenerio if Cleveland sniffs first again then the word fix, scam, rigged should b the first word put in front of lottery.

Just do not get the Wiggins fascination. He has not looked like a consensus top pick type player this year. Way too inconsistent.

The fascination is because he has the tools to be Paul George. An incredibly smooth and explosive athlete, and a jumper that looks like it could become really good. Agree he needs to become more consistent but there is a whole lot to like. The biggest concern is his handle, which could negate a lot of his tools.

Embiid is the clear top pick in my eyes. Wiggins is probably my current #2, although that is not set yet between him and Parker.

So much to like about those two kids. Any solid point guard paired with Wiggins, Giannis, Henson & Embiid is competing for a title by 2020.

Couldn't agree more. At this point it seems like a very difficult proposition. However, I would give up a lot for a combination of Embiid/Wiggins or Embiid/Exum.

However, this being said, we definitely have a PG problem.

It's kind of the Andre Drummond vs. Harrison Barnes debate.

Wiggins has the tools to be a great wing defender and this point cannot be ignored. Parker does not show such promise. Embiid shows some promise as a two-way player, but not to the level Wiggins does.

I think the fascination is totally justified and in fact, I'm surprised there is as much love for Parker as there is. Embiid looks to have some exciting upside, but Wiggins is probably the better pick. I still take Exum over Embiid, if I'm the Bucks although the Exum data is very limited.

Before Nerlens Noel got injured, I'd suggest he's a better defender than Embiid but not as good offensively.

Still think he goes #1. If it's to the Bucks, and I hope that's the case, it's going to require some scary-level roster turnaround.

:droop:

I really think the only way the Bucks would end up with Embiid is to pick 3 and for Wiggins and Parker to go 1 and 2. I just think they won't be able to look past the combination of the name/hype of those two in conjunction with thinking they are set at the C position.

That's why I'm not getting my hopes up, but I do think it is the right move. Trade Sanders for Schroder and you have an international team of long and tremendously talented players who may just be willing to all stay in Milwaukee. Oh, and rebrand too, please. New unis for a new era.

heres what I don't understand all season we have been clamouring for a go to guy a alpha male, yet a lot on this board are willing to for go that to draft a center who well may not be ready for a year, though some think hes a sure fire star.I feel what this teasm needs is the perverbial WOW FACTOR and to me its either wiggins or parker.
They need an athletic wing someone who can score who will work in tandem with giannis. To draft embiid then trade sanders to me its almost like you just waisted your first pick(I know embbid not a waiste) on a sanders clone and we are right back where we were before the draft, still needing a SG and another wing.
I know im in the minority a lot on this board but I would take exxum, parker and wiggins before I would even think bout taking a center

1) "we" is not "me" regarding the "alpha" stuff. I want to build the best team, and to draft who I think is the best prospect.
2) drafting for "WOW FACTOR" is a recipe for drafting a bust. You draft the best prospect.
3) if you think Embiid is a Sanders clone, you just don't know anything about Embiid. That is a preposterous statement.
4) I think your overall thinking is what makes teams draft busts. Drafting for need and wow factor is the exact wrong philosophy when your team is in shambles and only has one franchise player (who happens to be one of the most versatile players in the league)

Giannis can be our "wow" guy. Last night's action proved that big time.

Embiid then is like the franchise QB in the NFL, who guarantees you a 50-win season every year.
