I believe they still expect the same level of professionalism that you would find at corporate job.
Ah, corporate America, the bellwether of beyond-reproach conduct.
I do have to say I am somewhat looking forward to Gery ruminating on the situation.
Of course, you could eliminate the middleman and just ask Caron Butler for his opinion.

I think our talent still makes a title possible.
I think AG could still be a great coach, we don’t know yet.
Giannis wanted AG, and Im glad we have Giannis.
Sorry not a haiku.

Oh my gosh, how could a head coach yell at his assistant (who decided not to listen to him) in front of the team, this is unacceptable!

Just of curiousity, has there been a move the last two years you thought the bucks were wrong?

Re: Stotts Steps Down
I really don't think having Stotts is anywhere near the difference between a title ceiling and no title.
Obviously this is concerning from an organizational standpoint. We haven't seen any evidence of Stotts being reactionary in his career. So wtf is going on over there?
I know we all want to win a championship but I really hope everybody isn't wound so tight and on edge to the point where tempers are flaring before the season even starts.

Re: Stotts Steps Down
There could have been a promise.... You are the coach of the offense. You have complete control.... While AG is D and final HC.
And Stotts didn't think he had to answer to AG, thought he could just so his own thing on O.
And it was a bad marriage from the start due to being sold wrong expectations for both guys.
Better this resolved now then 3 months in and it becomes a team Stotts vs team AG. A fractured locker room.
Now there's 1 king to rule them all, no questions of authority.
And maybe Dame needed that first month to see his guy but now he's acclimated to the Bucks and stotts has already served his purpose.

Wait did this happen during PRACTICE!? WE TALKIN BOUT PRACTICE!?
31 pages in and this was my favorite post and incredibly underrated by RS.

Respect to anyone who read all 31 pages of this. Real basketball is starting soon and it can't come soon enough it seems. AG is going to be on a very short leash as he should be. If they arent doing well 30 games in a could see a switch happening.

Re: Stotts Steps Down
I can really see both sides of this based on the latest info.
If you’re Stotts I can see why you’d feel you deserve respect based on your experience.
But if I’m AG I can also see how it could get really annoying and undermining if you’re hired to a role and the people you’re in charge of managing are not following. He’s literally the head coach and he should be allowed to manage his team, including his staff.

It really just depends on how it played out which We'll never know. Was Stott's really intentionally undermining him? Did he say "one second" and AG disproportionately snapped at him?

I think I've read just about all of it, and I don't recommend it to anyone else. I found it quite disappointing and indeed, the season needs to start so we can see Giannis and Dame go nuclear together to forget all of this nonsense

I agree. I can strongly relate to the AG frustration if he felt undermined because I’ve been the inexperienced manager faced with walking the fine line of when to be assertive and when to give people space. It can be frustrating. But yes, those details matter and we’ll probably never know all of them.

Re: Stotts Steps Down
Since we are on the topic of Milwaukee bucks assistant coaches.
I'd like to declare my love for Sidney Dobner and I'm saying it first before you guys start noticing her on the bench during time outs.
I'm going to have to divorce both Mallory and Melanie in my fictional world and focus my efforts on pursuing this latest female related to Bucks Basketball.
Is she of the classical feminine beauty of the past? No but she was a professional bball player and 5-6 (short enough can still wear heels and not look down at me) and has the love, skill, and knowledge of the game all with a sweet smile. And I would probably have some kind of behind the scenes access.
