His face in that still photo looks like Senator Palpatine.

I guess why would OKC trade guys that are not a consolidating trade. They have too many picks and players as is.

Wish they would take this

Looking at UDFAs who haven't committed yet. Would like to see us sign up Keve Aluma and Kam McGusty.

Aluma signed with Memphis
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Of course he did. If I'm KD, that's where I want to get traded. They have the pieces to make it work, too.

Portis hanging out downtown at the West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe in the Public Market has to be a good sign, I'd think.

Expect both Tucker and Vildoza to get waived. We're at 12 assuming Bobby, Wes and Carter are back without the 2. Expect us to use the tax MLE + leave one roster spot open. I think we can do better than either with the minimum probably.

Still like Middleton+Brook for Gobert+1 (personally prefer O'Neale but some like Clarkson). With O'Neal that saves like 30m in salary and tax. Utah look desperate, feel like we could squeeze something more out of them.

Seems like a backup 4 or 5 is our biggest need. Wouldn't mind using the TPMLE on a combo forward and then signing a backup center for a vet min. But overall that's a damn solid roster

Go old and sign Kemba and Robin for the mins. IDK big man market looks slim unless you guys still have a hard-on for DMC. Maybe Thomas Bryant or Looney but i dont know how realistic having a playable big man for the TPMLE to come here and see Giannis/Lopez/Bobby take 85 of the 96 big man minutes and Khris/Pat taking the other 11.

I think Rolo would be a perfect vet min guy. We know he can produce in this system, he'd be perfect Brook insurance if he has another injury and in theory you wouldn't have to promise him a big role

We should avoid any veteran that has no shot of making the playoff rotation. Robin is one of those players. We are better off without Brook in the playoffs, we don't need insurance for him, or the insurance should be a forward.

If a vet isn't playoff caliber, then use the roster spot on a young player.

Kinda like the Grayson trade.

Robin definitely has a path to being a playoff caliber player for us. He's Brook insurance and we just saw a Drop scheme defense lead us to a title. Losing Brook leads to us not being able to play that style at all and maybe in specific matchups you want a more switch oriented defense but there are also matchups where the drop is preferable. Having the flexibility to do both was key to our title run

Feel like the Lopez twins egged your house at one point in years past.

That said, even I'm not for signing RoLo. He's done.

To clarify it doesn't have to be Rolo. I just thought he was a good example of a veteran center who can play the drop, hit an open 3, and wouldn't command high dollars or even a guarenteed role. I definitely think having Brook insurance this year is paramount. We shouldn't go into the season with him as our only center option

If you add Vildoza, you can take on more salary and include guys like Royce O'Neal, Nerlens, Monte Morris.

KD loves Holiday so it isn't that impossible to think he would have some interest in playing in MKE.
