Haven't seen much of Bertrans during his NBA stint, but in Baskonia he wasn't exactly tough. Granted, Mirotic was so soft we never stopped making jokes about it even though he wasn't playing in Europe all these years.

Simons looks like a stud.
Seriously. Lillard Academy grad. Portland would be foolish to trade him, but I'd at least try.

Not everyone can be Filipe Reyes.

The Wiz probably ask: Their high 2nd rounder and Bertans for the Indiana 1st. Milwaukee maybe counters with Bender for Bertans.jschligs wrote:What would it take to get him?

your rebound was never safe with Reyes on the game, best bruising PF if the last 15 years. Also probably the best flopper pound for pound on this side of the ocean, if he couldn't get the OREB, he was always ready to fall down on the floor in order to regain possesion

We would’ve given Mirotic a pass if he was shooting 42% from deep.

Wiz already traded that pick to us, and we traded it to the Pels for Niko.

They acquired another high 2nd rounder - from Chicago in the Satoransky trade. It's the higher of Chicago's or - I think Memphis'.

Mirotic's probably a little better all-around player than Bertans. Bertans makes Mirotic look like a great rebounder.

Should have known you'd have Wiz business (Wizness?) covered. My apologies.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's Memphis.

Re: Bucks News, Trades, Transactions - Thanasis and Bender to the Herd
Watching Jabari Parker the other day had me reminiscing on ghosts of Bucks past. I got to pondering a couple things-
1. Could I come up with a 15 man roster comprised of Bucks from the last 10 seasons (09-10 to 19-20) who currently play in the NBA?
2. Who’s on that team and how would they stack up with the rest of the league? 10 seasons worth of rosters is a lot of dudes, but it was still surprisingly (not actually) difficult to come up with the 15 former Bucks currently on an NBA roster. Had to reach for a few who had very short Milwaukee stints.
MCW/Ish Smith/Tim Frazier/Delly
Brogdon/JJ Redick/Brandon Knight
Tobias/Snell/Garrett Temple
Jabari/Wood/Dudley
Henson/Thon/Pau Gasol
That’s it. Those are the 16 former Bucks of the last decade who are currently in the NBA.

The Jason Kidd era was surprisingly good at bringing in untalented guys at the end (or start?) of their careers.

The Bucks E-sports team is run by a bunch of idiots.

On November 11, Bucks Gaming took to Twitter to ask artists to design a new header image for the team, offering up free merchandise and credit in the team's profile description to the winner. Some people expressed interest in the contest, but several designers replied with joke designs and called for the team to pay artists for professional work.
Critics accused Bucks Gaming of trying to disguise commissioned work as a fan contest. One person who told Bucks Gaming to hire a designer got a response, "get a job then."

My company provides product for services all the time (granted our price points are in the thousands). We've had a video submission contest with non-cash prizes, we've had photo submission contests we used in our catalog for merch too. We have passionate customers/fans who are more than willing to do work for exposure and product, that's essentially how influencer/ambassador programs work. Yea there are plenty that are paid, but even more that aren't. I see nothing wrong with having that type of contest, if you don't want to do the work then don't enter, that simple. It's just they handled it like an idiot.

You can trade for an injured player, right? With Portland in win now mode & desperately needing front-court depth I’d offer Wilson/Robin & all our 2nds for Zach Collins and Gary Trent Jr. Both of those guys could be giving the Blazers 15-20 minutes each.
The Bucks rehab Collins the rest of the year, slide Bender into Robin’s role and see if Trent can give us anything. Collins could be in line for a big future role in Milwaukee as Brook ages and Ersan is finally captured by the Kazakh secret police he’s been thwarting for decades.

Sorry man, but unless everyone that submits is getting compensated then your company is exploiting designers. Unpaid spec work and promises of "exposure" are bs. Glad Bucks Gaming got dragged for this.
