MKE in: Beal

Orl out: Fornier, 2020 1st

GldSt out: #2 pick, Wiggins
GldSt in: Brook, Fornier

Wash out: Beal

Spicy. I think you could even take Orlando's 1st out of this.

I'm guessing the Warriors take us out of this too, and just get Beal for themselves.

If Beal was available, which he isn't, the Wizards would get some pretty amazing offers.

Assume that both Wiggins and #2 are used at follow up (probably different) trades

Is it fair value for you ?

In this scenario ... he have failed to acquire any player like CP3, LaVine with Bledsoe as the main piece, and we are stucked and can't upgrade our backcourt.

What follow up trades do you suggest ?

My follow up trade would be Wiggins, #2, and #24 for Middleton, but they'd turn it down.

Middleton to Clippers, Bledsoe and parts to OKC, Paul George and Chris Paul to Milwaukee

The Warriors are stealing value in this deal. There’s no way you can rid yourself of Wiggins contract without having to attach something of significant value to make it neutral value let alone getting two players who have positive value on top.

This is an aggressively, irredeemably bad trade for us.

ETA Just realized we give up 2 picks in this! I've never seen somebody on this board earnestly post a trade that would be worse for us. Am I in hell?

It's the Timberwolves. Of course Towns wants out.

Yea I'd agree with the overall point that MN probably isn't' moving him now. However, I'd probably tweak Ron's point and say they just did that move bringin in his buddy. So why would MN do all that to try and keep him happy, then trade him right away. This seemed to be their swing to try and keep him.

Plenty of caveats from Wolfson about how he doesn’t think Towns is going anywhere soon.

But also I wonder if the organization gets sick of him and tries to maximize his trade value and bail

Yes Wolves traded for Russell so he can play buddy ball with KAT.

But they also must be frustrated watching Butler leading the Heat to such great effect.

And none of this is to say we could or would target Towns. If he hits the trade block that would shake up the broader marketplace though assuredly.

Mavs fan coming in peace.

Would the Bucks have any interest in Seth Curry for Ilyasova + 24? I don't think Dallas does this straight up, but it could be useful in some three team deals. Just curious to get your opinion as Seth seems like a decent fit with other strong defensive guards around him.

Would prefer RoLo + Wilson + 24, but yeah I'd be down.

Maybe even a late lottery pick and a role player expiring.

I’d also make this trade. I get Riot Punch’s idea of sending out RoLo and Wilson since we can simply waive Eraan to clear more payroll but don’t see the fit In Dallas with Porzingis, Kleber, Bobsn and Powell already on their roster.

Well unfortunately my beloved Brook Lopez, fell off a cliff last season ... from nearly 37% 3P ... he dropped to 31% ... less than 1% more than Giannis shot the 3P. That is totally unacceptable and yes I would include him in a trade for backcourt upgrade.

I think Kornet can replace 90 % of what Brook provided , cause of his 3P shooting. Getting Saric or Jabari Parker would be nice playing the 4 while Giannis plays the 5. Even a guy like Baynes on minimum to match Adebayo's strength. I would sign Hartenstein of course too, Wilson should get traded or waived, I really don't understand why the **** we renounced his 3rd Rookie contract Year ? I guess stubbornness and incompetence is Bucks culture in FO and Coaching

Could do worse than Solomon Hill for some small deal. Runs to the corners. Looks like the guy who rode the tractor around Miller Park.

I liked Kornet a couple years ago when he was on the Knicks as a young cheap big to bring in and develop as a potential successor for Brook. Can shoot, block shots, good size. Not sure how I feel about depending on him tho.
