Must be easier to game plan for siakam when you don't have kawhi to worry about.

That's not a valid complaint about whether hes a bad commissioner or not imo as those are probably the most important traits to getting hired for the job in the 1st place

That’s like saying the CEO of Ford has no responsibility in making safe cars for people to drive. Industry leaders have all sorts of responsibilities outside of making money.

NBA is in a unique position because the US allows them to be a monopoly. They have immense power over the game of basketball.

Hate to break it to you but his responsibility is just to make money. What kind of product hes selling is normally a pretty big part of that though which I'm not debating.

Now to use your Ford example if cars and trucks start breaking down the moment they drive off the lot then people stop buying them and the CEO will have to answer to the share holders. But make no mistake if people are tripping over themselves to give a Ford dealership their money then the CEO is probably going to get a raise no matter what the saftey rating of a Ford is

Dont romanticize what the #1 job for a sports league commissioner is. It's to make the owners as much money as humanly possible

If Giannis wants to come here but doesn't want to leave Milwaukee high and dry, we could send Wiggins that way and he'll have even more value as his contract length will be less of a load. Its obvioulsy not an even trade but its better than nothing for Milwaukee.

That's cute. You can chew on the desperation that hangs in the air around that board. It tastes disgusting, but i love it.

Desperation is winning 16 straight but still having the taste of that backdoor sweep in your mouth.

Do not quote me on this board again and enjoy what you have while you still have it.

I mean did you really think no one was going to quote you?
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I was referring to him specifically because he's always lurking in the Raptors board looking for some trouble.

I personally don't want Giannis. He's not someone you can depend on deep in the playoffs like a Kawhi for example.

Personally I don't mind at all people that are fans from other teams posting in other teams' boards. :)

Is that last sentence sage advice after Kawhi left? Your concern is touching.
