That could be the Feb deadline activity for the Bucks.

Wouldn’t one of Lively, Gafford, or Powell be available (guessing Powell unless they want value, which the other two have). There is also PJ Washington.

Can we give them Middleton for Gafford, Washington and Hardy?

Lively is out for the year probably, no? Which means they have to keep Gabbard and another center because AD wants to play PF.

Maybe this makes Washington available? But with AD’s health, they probably keep him for games AD misses.

Here's a trade that works on trade checker. I had a different version before the Luka trade.

assumptions: Brook and Kris are about at the end of their time... and that other trades either aren't available... and that current Bucks roster is not going very far in the post season... and that we need a quick redo of the roster.

Brook and Kris for D. Knecht, Jaxson Hayes, and Dorian Finey Smith. Lakers get a splashy star-studded chance for glory this year.
Milwaukee gets off the 2nd apron and has an instant interesting restart on their roster. Maybe someone throws in a draft pic as a
deal sweetener. Bucks get a young shooter, a wing defender, and an athletic young big.

Ugh. That has to include Jalen Smith or it's top 15 protected.

We get Draymond, Wiggins, & 3 lesser 1sts for Giannis. Heat get Dame for Herro & Highsmith. "We needed to rebuild"

I would personally k*** J**** H***** for that

The only way the Bucks could sniff Reaves and Gafford is Dame heading out. Reaves especially is an absolute pipe dream. He’s a terrific young player on a steal of a contract. He’s a top 50 asset in this league.

I’d probably put in the 2031st if it made it work. I think a few other posters had that on here.

Didn’t realize Lively has an ankle stress fracture, so I can see Gafford not being on the block.

If you get Reaves, don't waste him at SG, let him play PG and get Dame out of here. No matter who we put on the floor, our defense is good as long as there's no Dame.

If Luka wasn’t safe in Dallas because of concerns over his physical limitations moving forward, can’t imagine Khris Middleton feeling all that comfortable today right?

If Khris is indeed being actively shopped I sit his ass. At any minute he could be out for 6 weeks.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

So how quick will people realize how absolutely **** we are if they traded for LaVine? Probably game 1. It’s not going to work going forward any better either, team wouldn’t be real contender this year or next.

Mo Bamba definitely needs to be added to the list of players this board has obsessed over for years. The big man version of Jeremy Lamb.

Disrespectful to Jeremy Lamb honestly…

The sentence claiming that "Middleton and other assets" is something the Bucks are willing to do is probably made up. Why can't these guys be real journalists?

Some guy from Phoenix or wherever he's from doesn't have any insight into what the Bucks will do. If he did, so would multiple other writers.

Taking Lavine for nothing is not something I relish, let alone giving away assets. The Bulls are in a bind, just like Miami and Phoenix. Give them one of our coaches.

Two and a half years of Lavine for way over 100 million dollars is malpractice. Horst won't do that.

Khris had missed a ton of time recovering from offseason surgeries, but has he really been forced out by new injuries? Most of his missed games were precautionary. The surgery's were stuff he played through.

I'm saying you play the odds. 2 off-season surgeries were caused by KD's foot. Those surgeries were many months ago and still affect him. So it's not necessarily new injuries, the previous injuries are still in play. Of course injuries can happen to any player at any time. But the trade deadline is 4 days from now. If Khris is likely to be traded (I'm not saying he should be), you don't roll the dice. You order a lot of bubble wrap.

You're not wrong, and i think that tells you he's not really being shopped.
