lol whattt??? that dude's a baller.

He's short AND small, not a good shooter, gets abused on defense. Deep guard class.

He's a basketball genius with insane anticipation/reaction though. Would be fun.

Now we get to listen to Jay Bilas act like every player drafted is a future hall of famer.

It’d be fun to see if he can make it work but I think I’d rather find out by watching him on another team. Gonna be abused on defense and might not be able to score at any level on the court. It’s like Isaiah Thomas minus the shooting ability that gave Isaiah a chance at success.

Yeah, he's not on my shortlist, too many things working against him for him to ever be a starter, I think. Guys like Butler, McBride, Grimes all have starting equity.

But if we end up with him, I won't be mad.

Love seeing the Middleton love, kinda gave me goosebumps. I know they said Middleton is his floor but it would be hilarious is Detroit was bad all those years just to get a Middleton level player  but excited for their future, I think he will be an all star

Btw, I'm amazed to find another Bucks/Orioles fan. O's are my 2nd favorite baseball team - unfortunately.

I do not see Merrill and Allen in the same league athletically. And that’s the issue with Merrill. Also, Allen had some big games last year for Memphis. I’d deal 31 for him fast.

Sorry, I've just never been at all impressed with Allen, and athletically - he's probably in the bottom 5% of the NBA. I'd certainly never play him in a key situation. What they both can do is shoot - period.

Calling Allen unathletic is hilarious. He has a **** 40 inch vert and very quick feet. He won the McDonalds slam dunk contest…Stereotypes are lame as hell, be better.
