How is her conditioning? I'm sure you can tell by just looking at her.

Have to give her a DNA test to see if she has any Tongan lineage, then we should do a hip dysplasia analysis before we can get into any conditioning concerns. Gotta crawl before we run here.

More from G.Panou.
"Giannis was always a pg.He knows it and i know it."
"Yes Kidd told me last year not to shoot 3's..He also told him that to be in NBA you must do just one thing perfectly..you must focus on this and build on this".
"Kobe Bryant told him to practice when he is tired"
"Sometimes he is overthinking and that is something we work on it"
"Not worry about his shooting..cause i know how much he is working..muscles have memory also and with practicing and tons of shooting he'll be fine"
"Don't listen about positions in NBA..There is only the frontcourt and the back court..Giannis can do both..Bucks wanna make him an elite decision maker"

About his contract.
"I wanna believe that Bucks will not wait the last day to sign a new contract.
About the type-level of the contract.
"He will be the most well paid player on the team"

About drafting him and draft night.

"All 30 teams came to watch him play except one.New York Knicks.
We had first meetings in Italy.Indiana Pacers came and meet us.We knew they are drafting around 25 and that was a good number for us back in that day...Their scouter told me.."George your kid is a very good player..we wish him the best"..and i respond..."What?..we are not gonna see you again?"...and he said.."There is no chance for us to be there when we will choose a player".
We want him to stay in NBA and not to be drafted and send back to Europe for 2-3 years. That's what i told to Utah and Oklahoma when they told me something like this.
Bucks show up on draft night.Atlanta were very warm.
Actually they were begging Bucks not to choose him. They tried to make a deal with the Bucks but it didn't work.Atlanta were very upset just before 15 pick because they knew Bucks will pick him up...I could easily hear them yelling and using harsh words behind me."

About Kostas
"We will make a decision about him at the next 1-2 months or so"
"There is a small interest from big colleges but we want him to go somewhere where he can play.So we don't interesting in collegges like Duke or Kentucky.
His is much better than Giannis' at his age but he is in a different trajectory."

And finally some more things about Giannis
"He is reading the blogs and he knows what people saying about him..he read about what B.Simmons and T.Melas said about how overrated he is"
"Giannis loves his haters and doubters"
"When he was ejected because of what he did to Dunleavy i told him he must get used to it because that's the way they gonna play against him"
"Bucks phsycologist followed him on his way out after the incident and hold him back from punching the door in the dressing room".."Now he knows and he can handle more wisely"
"Giannis told him once..."There is too much loneliness on this road".

GeoBar wrote:Some interesting notes from a podcast today with Greece's national team coach F.Katsikaris and Giannis' agent G.Panou.
1.F.Katsikaris
"Really impressed with the high level of basketball Giannis is playing now".
"He is there because of 3 reasons...talent+work+personality".
"The important thing is not which position Giannis will play but who are the players around him"
"He is definetely an on-ball player"
"I wanted to give the ball in his hands from last year but we didn't have enough time as a national team to work as much as we want on this"
"This summer we will see pretty much a Giannis' team but we have a major problem as a team because we don't have elite shooters. So we have to find a balance. In any case that's what kind of basketball players Giannis needs around him."
'It is time for him to step up and change this National team's philosophy. This new philosophy is my philosophy also".
"Its a big dilemma for a player like Giannis to choose between shooting or driving to the basket because he knows how easy is for him with one-two steps can dunk the ball"
"Yeah i know he has weaknesses on shooting. But ii wanna ask you this..If Giannis didn't have a single weakness at this age for what kind of player we should be talking about right now?"
"His physical abilities are out of this world"-his passing abilities are underatted"
2.G.Panou(his agent)
About when Giannis impressed him for first time
"It was a game against Panathinaikos(U18).Saragosa B.C.'s scouter was there to check him out. What Giannis did in the first half was insane..he scored with every possible way..he was every where on the court..at the halftime scouter left for 5 min and he came back with the contract in his hands and told me..."i go nowhere if i dont get this contract with Giannis' signature on it".
"I wanna say something for first time.Bucks' plan last year hold back Giannis' and Jabaris' development. This wasn't the plan. But because they won the change it.They are on this plan right now".

Sorry for the long post...maybe i post more notes later with G.Panou answers..they sound quite interesting.

Can you elaborate on what he meant by this part

I guess they wanted to give biggest roles to Giannis and Jabari but they didn't because they are into the playoff run.
So they do it now..But this cost one year in their development from what his agent said..He also said that Bucks are not happy with this.He just didn't said WHO are not happy exactly.

The plan wasn't about winning, but more about development. But when they started having success, they focussed more on the former. He said that this happened probably because of the new ownership and the winning culture of Kidd.

Another interesting part was that the thought about Giannis playing the point existed since November after MCW's injury(he probably meant benching?), but Giannis wasn't ready and comfortable about it.

Wait, when did Bill Simmons turn on Giannis? He was one of his biggest advocates.

Well, I probably would have been inclined to agree with him five months ago. But no way now.
