Thinking Wilson deserves playing is also delusional and asinine. Or that he’s better then Rolo or any other big on this team. Trade Ersan play more DJ. It’s a joke and it has worn on me.

He’s good at dressing and picking out clothes. That’s about it. He’s charming soft and that’s not good for a big. He’s got no stand out skill and all that well rounded either.

Not high on Crowder these days, think we can do better than this.

First, I think you meant "Charmin" soft (although he might be quite charming, would need to ask the ladies).
Second, you wrote "All this Wilson love is annoying and makes me dislike and devalue him even more." That's what people are commenting on, your decision to value talent based on whether someone else likes/loves the player. Seems very odd.....

Playing around with scenarios and Paul and I’ve come to the conclusion that given Bledsoe’s really reasonable deal, I’d love to keep him around to lead the second unit. His defense alone is worth his salary and I think being the primary ball handler off the bench suits him better and allows him to be more aggressive. Come playoff time, I just would feel more comfortable with a guy like Paul handling the ball and depending on the matchup you can play both together at times.

You can adjust adding picks and assets as needed but I really like the parameters here.
Paul/Bledsoe
DiVincenzo/Matthews/Connaughton
Covington/Brown/Korver
Giannis/Wilson/Thanasis
Lopez/Bender
A few things. This forces Bud to go a bit younger which I’m not opposed to, and it also makes us use Giannis at center more. If an upgrade at the 2 becomes available we have some young guys/picks to dangle out there but even so I really like this team. Paul is naturally a big risk but that’s also alleviated by dumping all of Midd’s money/years and 33year old Hill could quite quickly become a problem.

I just don't see OKC moving Paul just to clear his salary. I am not sure if Dieng is expiring either. If he isn't definitely need to attach a asset for OKC. Also I really don't know if Minnesota would take this deal. With Wiggins improvements so far this season Covington is a much better fit than Middleton. I do love the idea of a trade like this one though. It makes the ceiling of this team much higher imo. Just not sure if you can get both Paul and Roco with one semi positive asset in Middleton. Even his value is questionable with that contract.

I'd rather have the current version of George Hill than the current version of Chris Paul for the playoffs. You think Chris Paul is going to scratch and claw his way through and over screens? You think Chris Paul is going to be content standing at the three point line while Giannis attacks the paint?

DDV is working his way into the "very valuable" category. I wouldn't trade him, but I bet you could put together one hell of an offer with him as the core.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Think he has to get through the season healthy and sustaining this level of play before this will be true.

Would you trade Khris Middleton for the Corpse of Chandler Parsons and Jabari Parker?
Trade is successful after Jan. 1.
In the bin labeled "Horrible trade ideas"?
I dont think some of you guys comprehend how bad this middleton deal is. Especially next year or the year after. it's an albatross not quite on the Gilbert Arenas level, but it's going to be damn close IMO. He isnt worth 100M over 5 much less 181. I think if you can get a quality player back plus and expiring you do it in a heart beat. Of course the Bucks wont admit they were wrong this soon by giving him this deal, but it will be too late come next summer to deal him. Declining performance and injuries will make him untradeable. By year three he is going to be a full-time anchor and joke on our bench.
If you trade him now, you also let DDV blossom into that role. While i dont think we can count on DDV yet, nor his ability to stay healthy, if you get a guy with some upside like Parker and the ability to dump about 25M/yr off the books, I think you gotta do it. Even if it isnt parker, ill take almost anyone to get Middleton of the books at that obscene amount.
Hold up..... What?

If everyone in the Jazz front office becomes braindead overnight it could happen i guess?

Wes, RoLo, IND FRP for Bogdanovic makes so much sense. It’s a no brainer if Bogdan commits to signing the 4y/51mil with the Bucks.

I think they would demand a younger guy instead of Wes. My original thought was DDV and the IND first. With DDV's recent play it makes it hard to move him. Also Rolo is are only true back up 5 and even with his sub par play I like having another bruiser. It's nice to have guy who can bang with the Embids of the world for a few minutes. But to get Bogdan I would part with DDV and a second. Would need to throw Rolo to match salaries. Don't think he signs for that cheaply though. Almost guarantee he goes in RFA.

Re: Bucks News, Trades, Transactions - Thanasis and Bender to the Herd
How about this for a pie in the sky hypothetical?
Let's say D. Graham keeps up his current level of play. Also DDV starts to make last night more of the norm. We call up Jordan and tell him about this Kid they say is Delaware Jordan. We offer him and a second for Graham. If Graham can maintain his level of play and that's a big if lol. You have to love his fit next to Giannis with his off the dribble shooting being something this team has lacked forever.
Then let's also assume Fox has a setback in recovery God forbid. Maybe he is just having trouble getting back to 100%. Well how about Bledsoe for Bogdan? Bledsoe fills Fox's role to tee and then becomes the Kings super sub in place of Bogdan. His fit with that team is pretty damn good. Just a crazy idea for **** and giggles.

If/when the Pelicans realize that it's a lost season, I'd keep an eye on JJ's availability. Might be difficult to make contracts match, but he's the guy you go after to fill Matthews' spot in the starting lineup.

A few notes from Part 2 of Hollinger/Duncan franchise rankings. I'm on the move so can't really go too in depth.
Positives:
-Firing Kidd.
-Hiring Bud.
-Building new arena/facilities.
-Brook Lopez signing
-Stole Pat Connaughton
-Value on Bledsoe contract.
-Wesley Matthews for vet minimum, RoLo for Room MLE, solid moves.
Negatives:
-Ownership situation. Governing power switch concern.
-*Likely* unwillingness to go into lux tax.
-Timing of Bledsoe extension. Painted themselves into corner, could have instead paid Brogdon in hindsight.
-Not retaining Brogdon.
-Not maintaining TPE for Brogdon trade.
-Tony Snell signing.
-Thon Maker pick. (Nate also knocks them for the Donte pick because he's a moron, Hollinger corrects him though)
