I think Boston and Milwaukee are a cut above everyone else in the East, although I wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland ends up as the 1 seed because I don't think they'll be doing much load management during the season because of how young their best players are. In the West I think its still the Warriors, I say even as they might be about to lose to Orlando. After that I think its Denver, the Clippers and Memphis. I don't trust Phoenix's constitution come playoff time if they're in a backs against the wall situation.

But honestly, Hammond and co. have some pieces to work with. They could get good real quick and suddenly with some smart GMing.

I appreciate that scoring 30+ points in consecutive games is impressive, but I'm genuinely surprised at Luka being the first guy since Wilt to do it for the first 7 games of a season.

They need their Tobes for Redick trade to kick things into gear.

I can't imagine how frustrating it would have been growing up if there was one other kid on your street who loved to hoop that you could play 1 on 1 with, and that other kid was SGA.

We laugh but that's what Kohl would push instead of getting another top 4 pick.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

The first half of your post describes the main obstacle to the second part of your post.

Come on guys even Hammond wouldn’t trade value for ancient George Hill.

….but what about Grayson Allen?

Cole Anthony has to go. He’s their Nwora.

Him being out has allowed these other guys to blossom.

It never works out for raw young players who get injured early. The situation he's in doesn't help anything either but he just doesn't have it.

He gives off Thabeet vibes a bit. Tremendous athlete but not actually a very good basketballer.

Hard to be too critical of Warriors management after the title, but man, they may have goofed pretty bad by taking Wiseman/Kuminga instead of Haliburton and Franz Wagner.

Tried to hit a HR with both picks. I've loved the snippets we've seen from Kuminga but he's just an athlete atm and may not be anything more.

I'll be that guy now who says I never understood all the Kuminga hype with people saying they already had their next dynasty lined up.

I dunno, maybe he'll be fine, but he's always looked kind of clueless to me. Wasn't worth arguing with big market fans, though. Went down that road with THT - not worth it

How stoked is Jevon Carter right now to see how his situation turned out since the beginning of last season?

Ended up on a team that is willing to give him minutes because they reward players who work hard.

I mean..... Who didn't see this coming? I think the majority of us knew the nets were going to implode in a massive nuclear meltdown.

Are the nets the only ones surprised?

Also adding Harden prior to the nets meltdown to philly with an already fragile embiid didn't seem like a great idea.

It's like those two teams auto self destruct.

Celtics are probably lucky they can wipe their slate clean with the coach going to the nets. And with the insane drama happening in Brooklyn, everyone will forget their drama.

Bucks vs Celtics rematch ECF is looking much stronger. Cleveland might have a say but also might be a year plus away. The heat always pop up at some point, but so far mke and bos look stronger.
