Should we hire Jason, the soap opera when the Lasry/Kidd friendship dissolves is going to be amazing.

Bledsoe-Knight-Giannis-Parker-Sanders would be a sexy team

also, we joke about it but Lebron is friends with Bledsoe and Kidd. A man can dream right?

The only thing we know is we rejected the asking price of firsts. Rumored to be 'some' seconds and cash considerations. Nothing solid, however.

How does it work if the bucks and nets can't agree on compensation and the Russian decides not to fire kidd but to reassign him Laurence frank style? Can kidd just resign and take a job with the bucks?

Regarding your first question, we'd pretty much have to pray Phoenix spends a ton of money and then swoop in with an offer sheet that they can't match.

Regarding the second question, no, I don't think he's allowed to resign. Not positive though. But regardless, it won't happen. We're either going to trade for him and give up a draft pick or two, or he will be fired and then we can hire him outright.

What confused me the most from the Sportscenter feature on this was when the anchor asked Windhorst and Bowen why Kidd would want to come to Milwaukee, and they both said they had no idea and just seemed baffled at the idea of anyone ever having an interest in coming here. That's so stupid.

Getting this position would be outstanding for Kidd. Getting the Pat Riley/Phil Jackson role that the Woj said he really wants and surely getting a pay increase from what he is making in Brooklyn.

Hate when analysts are so ignorant, like just being in the city of New York is > being in complete control of a franchise and getting a major raise.

Insiders have already said that the rest of the league would mock us if we made the move of hiring Kidd. Other teams thinking we're morons isn't going isn't going to get our calls returned more often.

I would trade our 2015 1st and anybody not named above if our team included Lebron. I know that would never happen but one can dream

Bledsoe/Lebron/Giannis/Parker/Sanders with Wolters/Middleton/Henson off the bench....I'm pretty sure we would open up top 2 in the EAST

For trades? it'll be ringing off the hook, the players respect Kidd and that's what matters. I don't care if some pencil necked geeks from MIT think we're funny.

They'll talk if he's shopping around big-name low-impact players like Brook and only asking for small-name players like Sanders and Ersan.

I posted this earlier but Windhorst is just a guy who's job is to follow LeBron everywhere he goes like he's been doing since LeBron was in high school. Bowen is a prick who couldn't retire from the league gracefully and had to trash Milwaukee after the Spurs traded him here. It's sad that these guys are being brought on as "analysts" when they have no clue what they're talking about. ESPN as a whole has been way behind on this story though. Not surprised they're just spouting off whatever comes to mind.

No its the other 29 people he'll be working with on trades or against on FA.

I thought I read the other day that the Suns are open to signing and trading Bledsoe to a team of his choice. I think the Suns are interested in saving money(Sarver always is), might try to make a run at Kevin Love.

What are they going to do? Not make a trade because they don't like how he got his job? That doesn't really make any sense.

I'm not sure why it matters what other GMs think of our GM. Teams aren't going to not deal with us because they didn't like how Jason Kidd exited from Brooklyn.

RealGM gets internet praise...again (albeit slightly backhanded). Regardless: We may be in the analog generation...but, we **** rock. I love this board.

Hypothetical GM to owner: "Hey, you know that trade proposal that could be in the best interest of our franchise? I said no because I don't respect Jason Kidd as a person."

Hypothetical owner to GM: "You're fired."
