oops...

A couple observations:

Duval and McCoy have talent, but very immature talent... Duval is crazy athletic, plays a team game and I think he'll be able to shoot in the NBA... McCoy played more than I thought he would. He's athletic and skilled, but a little uncoordinated. It's not like Thon, I think in a few years his coordination will catch up to his size.

So, after a one game evaluation, I think Duval is one or two years away from having a legit shot as a 3rd PG, then who knows... McCoy is two or three years away from having a shot at breaking into the NBA... They both should have stayed in college.

Like the whole team, Morris shot like crap last night, but I like his game. He's athletic, can drive to the basket and plays defense. He's a much better fit to Bud's system than Brown... No problem with him as the 14th or 15th man.

Cool, thanx... I like following prospects and, unlike last year, the Herd have some this year.

I like Duval, too. He's definitely the best high ceiling prospects on the team... Long term, maturity may be his biggest issue. I work with a couple Duke guys and they don't like him. I guess Duval was a "crybaby" at Duke and he's been critical of Duke since he left... Discord in the Duke family is uncommon, so we'll see how this plays out for Duval.

Sounds like a cult.

That's where Wilson should be.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I assume that's where he'll start once he gets back from whatever injury has kept him out for the last few weeks.

Pretty cool sterling got a back to back, one night leading the herd, next night dunking in Milwaukee for the Bucks.

All the skills are there. Still pretty shocked he went undrafted.

Yeah, if Duval can get a passable jumper, he's the 3rd PG on the main roster.

Duval is probably enough to get me to tune into Herd games regularly. As a lotto ticket stashed in the G-League, I can't imagine many better to have.

“We want to be aggressive using the G League and Oshkosh," Budenholzer said. "It can be a big piece of the player-development part. Sterling’s been working hard; he’s doing great. … If you have the right approach it can be really healthy for you to go play those games. I would anticipate us doing that a lot with a lot of different guys as the season goes.”

Herd traded VJ Beachem to the Windy City Bulls for Aaron Thomas and a 2nd round pick.

The big question for me on Duval is if his decision-making is on a NBA PG track. He's a good enough athlete that if he could do the simple stuff I think he could overcome the shooting questions (and he's shooting well so far at any rate). He's a NBA player when he improves his judgment. If he doesn't, he won't make it. Certainly worth taking a chance on.

Do you know if the pick is protected at all?

Just kidding. I don't care.

Congrats to Wisconsin on their win last night.

(But the Herd didn't play)

Is Garmpis the worst player in G-League right now or not?
