I don't see us qualifying for the Olympics.
A game against a full of talent team of Italians in front of their passionate fans will be brutal for a completely new and young Greek NT.

How much free time will Giannis have in this case then?

The pre-Olympics will end at 7th of July.
Giannis will have the rest of the month to spend some quality time in Greek beaches with (greek) bitches and smoothies with extra peaches.
The rest of the time shall be free for any kind of practice he wants.

In case we manage to qualify well..
It's the f@cking Olympics and a superb chance for Giannis on impoving couple of more levels on his leadership which is another crucial step for a championship level Bucks team ...

So in worst case scenario Giannis will not be dramaticaly improved on his shooting ability and thus his highest points per game next season will be around 20.
Not that bad..

It's pretty bad. His entire offseason should be centered around his shot. Literally everything else should be after that. His ceiling as player will be determined in large part by his perimeter game, it's the only real hole in his game right now and that should be the main thing on his mind. There's no way around it, the more he plays with the NT, the less time he has to work on individual skill training. It might still be a lot of time but it won't be as much.

This is so damn frustrating. Just spend this one offseason to work on your game with no other commitments. Just at least this one summer, then do whatever with NT stuff later.

I would love to see him come back with 5-10 extra pounds of muscle. I think it would only make him better and more explosive. Like Lebron going in for those power dunks. Giannis is only going to get more of those with a little bit more strength. And his post up and post defense game will only get better.

Holy sh! t those graphics are hard for the eye. They seem like stock values.
Could you get Margot Robbie in a bathtub to explain them to us pls? :D :P

For the moment I will keep that since the ASB Giannis is a top 10(9th) player in the league as I also posted couple of days ago with a link from hoopstats.

Giannis adding mass/bulk makes no sense. Continue adding muscle is good.

What is the X-axis in the bottom graph? It looks like it's saying "Average Average Age for the year" or something, but that can't be right?

If he doesn't realize how important this offseason is for him, we can't do anything really.
I'm very doubtful that he will fix his shot, his FT routine and all the little things that keep him away from being a superstar already.
NT is a disaster at this point even if they do not make the olympics.
Giannis doesn't think at the point. One summer off...endless possibilities.
One more summer on and the shot will never come :nonono:

2016 Nike Hoop Summit International Roster Breakdown
by: Jonathan Givony - President, Matt Kamalsky - Director of Operations
March 24, 2016
The Nike Hoop Summit World team was officially announced today, complementing the USA roster which was announced in January. The game is scheduled for Saturday, April 9th at the Rose Garden, in Portland, Oregon at 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM EST).
Kostas Antetokounmpo is the younger brother of Giannis and Thanasis, following them to the United States after Giannis was drafted by the Bucks, and currently residing in Milwaukee. Kostas will be Portland, though, barring an injury or late roster withdrawal, it is unclear at the moment if he will ultimately participate in the Hoop Summit game itself, as he is designated as the 13th player on the roster. A senior at Dominican in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, Antetokounmpo is considering a number of high major offers.

Not all that unlike Giannis at the same stage, he is a late bloomer physically who sprouted up a few inches late in his high school career, and whose defense is currently ahead of his defense. The 6'10 small forward will participate in the practice sessions, giving him a chance to test his length and budding skill set alongside a loaded roster, in a very competitive setting. Considering the amount of NBA teams who will be present in the practice sessions, Kostas can help himself tremendously with a strong showing in the practices.
Shoot, Move, and Communicate...

Spoiler:

I'm just here for my own amusement,"don't take offense at my innuendo..."

Countless waze, we pass the daze...

A few typo's in that quote.

"Kostas will be Portland"

"and whose defense is currently ahead of his defense"

Wooooooffffff.....
"Lang Whitaker, NBA.com’s All Ball blog: He has been interesting, but I think there’s a ceiling, as teams will start adjusting and forcing him to shoot more or handle the ball in places where he’s uncomfortable. Thus far, his transcendent athleticism has allowed him to flourish. But while Giannis might be able to play the point guard position, that doesn’t make him a point guard. As a former high school back-up point guard, I can attest that point guard is as much a state of mind as a position. If this is a long-term thing, Giannis has a lot of learning to do. Perhaps Giannis at the point is better as a change of pace to occasionally catch opponents off their guard."

"Shaun Powell, NBA.com: He is Not A Point Guard. Period. It’s nice that he’s having some fun here in the dog days of the season when there’s nothing on the line, but he and the Bucks are better off using him at the swing position and finding a real point guard this summer. My choice: Rajon Rondo."
Wait, so he is better in a swing position where he doesn't have the ball in his hands?

Giannis' body transformation over a few short years is quite remarkable. Every time I see a pic of him from his rookie year it blows me away.

Wait, so he is better in a swing position where he doesn't have the ball in his hands?

My god that guy who has Rajon as a fit here lost all credibility. He has obviously never watched a bucks game. The other falls back on his BACK UP Pg experience in high school to support his opinion. Both point are now invalid in my mind.
Bucks fandom bringing me happiness still seems like a dream.

20/9/8/2/2 on 52% FG since the break. Ast/TO ratio of exactly 3, which is better than guys like Wall, Lowry, Rondo, Westbrook, Lebron, Lillard, etc. and only bested by guys like CP3, Conley, Rubio, Tony Parker and a few other low minute guys...would rank 9th in the league overall. And it's an 18 game sample size now, pretty big.

This kinda sucks though: https://www.instagram.com/p/BCq358MQdLR/?taken-by=giannis_an34
