Monroe would likely be playing center for them, so one shouldn't impact the other.

(Last year) Kanter had a higher TRB%, TS%, AST%

Except they'd be brutal on defense, especially with Melo and Porzingis rounding out the front court.

They'll be brutal on defense regardless, but Monroe isn't that bad defensively and West is at least tough. Porzingis has a lot of potential as a shot blocker too.

Yeah I could see them trading Zaza, who they don't need if they sign a center. Maybe Mayo if he's looking to leave?

The Bucks know more than I do. In Kidd I trust.

You don't seriously believe we have a chance...do you? Maybe we'll sell him on our shooting coach 8-)

If he actually meets with the Bucks, you'd be dumb to think there isn't a chance. Crazier things have happened and it's not like the Bucks have nothing else in the cupboard. It's not hard to see the potential this team has.

IF Bucks miss out on Jordan, Lopez and Chandler - Another look at a PIPEDREAM Pacers and Warriors deal

Bucks take advantage of Pacers desire to move out Hibbert and Warrior’s need to shed Lee’s salary. Wanting to unload hibbert the Pacers accept Henson and lotto-protected-2016-1st and still useful expiring zaza and Mayo for Turner. Intent on shedding Lee’s salary Warriors accept an expiring Hibbert for Bogut swap and take Butler and Williams’ non-guaranteed contracts to clear lee. Bucks take on $28mil and ship out $22mil then exceeding the cap a few mil which they can do to resign their own FA Middleton but still be well short of LT.

TRADES
henson zaza mayo job 1st(2016-lp)– IND- Turner Hibbert

hibbert butler Williams – GS- Bogut Lee

ROSTER
Bogut / Turner / Plumlee
Giannis / Lee
Parker / Dudley / Ingliss
Middleton / Bayless / Vaughn
MCW / Vasquez / Ennis

I'd rather have Robin Lopez than Kanter without question. Lopez isn't great at anything, but is solid at most everything. Play him 30 minutes and we could get about 12 points and 9 boards, with solid defense. He's also only 26.

Problem is though he'll have multiple other suitors.

How about Splitter? He's 30 but he's signed to a reasonable deal for the next two years. If the Spurs are looking to deal him he should be an option as much as anyone that's been mentioned.

This is one of the wackier trade scenarios I've seen thrown around.

Well done.

Still would love to see Amir. Rolo I guess I'd like, Jordan I'd be cool with ( :lift: ), Chandler would be whatever as hell assuming the price is right (seems very short sighted), Brook Lopez I'd be ridiculously upset with, Kanter same as Brook and Monroe I guess I'd like more than Brook/Kanter like that means anything.

I just have zero interest in guys you do not need to account for on the offensive side of the court. RobinLopez is also going to be on his 4th team in a relatively short amount of time. Not really any big outside of Marc Gasol that I find interesting, Gasol isn't coming to Milwaukee.

Could definitely live with absorbing him or something. He seems like an Asik guy someone would give up an asset that I certainly would not though.

If I am a betting man, I believe Splitter will be the guy end of day.

They want to cut pay roll to make a run at Gasol or Alridge...so they would be looking to give him away

Jordan averaged 13 points per game in the playoffs this season and I think we saw what happened when the opposition didn't account for him on offense. The notion you have to have a big man who can play with his back to the basket is an ancient one. With the way this team is assembled, a guy with Jordan's skill set is a perfect fit.

it'll be nice to see Splitter not play 1/4 of the games.

Hadn't considered Splitter... Would love that pick up. Could be quite productive with increased minutes.

So, in this case, Hammond would ante up with a unprotected 2018 1st and cash considerations, right? I am trying to help my son understand so he can have a more accurate report for his 'Sports and Management' term paper. Thanks!

I get that but I could imagine some team giving them cap space and a first or something, which I would not.
