Yeah, there is some bias, but lets not act like he isn't intriguing and a borderline draft pick with an elite skill we desperately need.
Guy can flat out shoot. He averaged 43% while jacking up 8 3s a game. Those are basically Steph numbers while playing better competition.

I'm not saying draft him at early or that he will even make the team, but if he is there for 60 why the hell not? It's a crap shoot and he might fit with Giannis picking up the slack defensively.

I'm preparing myself for not having 42 as the few mocks I've seen have us at 60 only.

Yeah, I’d be for Paul Reed at 42. I think he’ll really be able to defend, and he would help our ability to switch if brook is getting burned and we don’t want Giannis at the 5.

Yeah, as far as needs go, I think he'd fill one of ours, and independent of that he's also a pretty good prospect. Watching him shoot jumpers makes my back hurt, but maybe that can be fixed. Would be a good energy guy with good instincts regardless. Kind of Joe Smithy.

I feel like I can't find a straight answer about pick 42.

Is this our pick now? Is this technically NO's but they will be picking for us because it can't be announced yet? Or is it just NO's pick and we are only at 60 and the reporting was just shoddy?

Either way ... I would love to see Grant Riller get brought in as a combo guard backup. Adds athleticism, shot creation, the ability to get to the line and at 23 is likely more mature than most. Sign me up. Might not last until the 40s. So it'd be great to nab him in the 30s if possible. And I read we interviewed him ... so there is at least a potential linking.

Also in on Yam Madar for the creativity and bull dog defense, Pritchard for general toughness and control, Joe & Ramsey for physical makeup and potential to improve, Bolmaro for playmaking, Nwora for shooting at the 3 spot and Perry & Washington for their size and athleticism down low.

Come away with any two of these guys and that's a win in my book.

Do we have any ammo to draft a guy that might slide to the end of the 1st round that the Bucks like? Say Tyrell Terry. Possibly 42 I guess could be ours, but what about a future first?

No, we can't trade any future 1sts.

Hopefully we have 42 then. We need to fill this roster.

If we don't have 42, we've got to get one in that range. Honestly think we should even if we do have 42.

FWIW, Gery Woelfel is saying the Bucks were considering Cassius Stanley and Theo Maledon at 24 before they traded the pick. Theoretically if the mocks are accurate it would seem like Stanley would be a target at 42 if we have that pick.

Agreed, I think we need to get two picks in the 40’s. Coming out of this draft with two of Reed, Riller, Winston, Stanley, Woodard, others that y’all would know more about than me, would be really big.

I’m irrationally excited about tonight, and I have “brogdon, redd, draymond, Jokic, gasol” on repeat in my head.

ESPN has the Bucks listed at # 60, but not #42 FWIW.
"This is my home, this is my city...I'm blessed to be a part of the Milwaukee Bucks for the next 5 years. Let's make these years count. The show goes on, let's get it."

What is ironic is that history has shown that some of the weak drafts have resulted in some all star 2nd rounders. Definitely agree with trying to get some of those guys.

I am guessing we don't since the mocks (like ESPNs Giovony's) have us at 60 only.

Do you guys think we'll buy any more second rounders to go with #42 and #60?
