There's a difference between displaying his new shoe that's "dropping" soon in a team color that he was rumored to be on his way to that same day versus random UA shoes. Those green "basketball" shoes were posted on July 10th, before Teague signed the offer sheet and Brandon removed "PG for the Milwaukee Bucks" from his Twitter bio.

I have a hard time believing the shoe pic is a sign of anything to come, but if it does, than Ill proudly eat my crow.

I second this, but would have to believe CV plays the towel-waving Gooden role buried deep on the bench if he came back to Milwaukee. What PF would be play over? He would purely be a throw-in.

The best deal your going to get is Stucky for Jennings,

I know the majority here hates Brandon and want him off this team ASAP but trading him for Stuckey would be a horrible move. I would be beyond pissed if he did that.

@MaxLuckan: Milwaukee has made recent progress in talks with guard Brandon Jennings about a new deal, source tells CC.

I think Jennings ends up back with the Bucks, I just hope we hold firm on giving him a market value contract. And then have to hope this offseason motivates him to improve and get his head on straight. I have to think its been humbling.

I can't wait to see the boards reaction to a Tweet that says: Breaking News: Bucks and disgruntled PG Brandon Jennings agree to a 4 year $48 million contract. Sources say GM Hammonds has no S&T aspirations. Brandon to stay with Bucks.

Jennings for Stuckey is beyond ridculous, you might as well let BJ walk for nothing(and I don't really want Jennings back)

I really don't think we're going to break the bank on the guy. I think he'll get 6-8M/year with maybe a 4th year option for a larger #.

I don't think his ego will let him sign for that. IMO he'll go with the QO if we don't give him $10 million or more a year. I can't see him signing for less than all of his peers.

I doubt he'll sign anything less than 8/yr. He would be better off just signing the QO. There's just got to a be S&T going down. No way Brandon plays on the Bucks this year. Wasted year if that's the case and Hammonds knows it.

I would not offer him more than the deal we offered Teague.

Interesting color choice to show off for Brandon's new UA shoe "Spawn". Posted on the 15th, when Gery dropped the Pistons rumor and Brandon tweeted s/o to Ekpe & Marquis. "#just because".

The Pistons colors now are Blue and Red. Those shoes would fit with the Grant Hill Pistons horse logo.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

If it weren't for BP saying Gery wasn't far off when he said we were getting closer to offering BJ 12m/yr, I'd have thought we offered Teague and Jennings the same contract and told them it was first come, first served.

I think we have to brace ourselves for a low return here. A lot of people here seem to be talking out of both sides of their mouths. I read Jennings is horrible, a cancer and has an all time low value throughout the league. Yet I've seen "Jennings & a 1st for Rondo, or Jennings & Filler for Rondo. Or "Jennings for Knight, Singler & a 1st". How in the hell are we going to pull that of??

It's public knowledge that BJ & the Bucks' relationship is broken, add the fact that Jennings value isn't too hot right now. I simply don't expect us to get much in return at this point. That's why a Jennings/Knight swap would be a win. The Stuckey idea is depressing, but that may be all we can get. It would be nice if BuckPack could throw us a bone so we could gauge what kind of value Jennings may bring back.

I just don't know what we can get for him at this point. Jennings and 2014 unprotected 1st for Rondo? Anybody actually do that? I'd do it in a heartbeat over a Jennings long-term extension.

We still need to address the SF issue and may as well not even try a S&T with Jennings for a better PG (or wing) if we don't also have a plan in place to address that need.

Morning Everyone!

Just returned from my Greece/Italy trip yesterday (and, no I couldn't find a Giannis Antetokounmpo 2nd division Filathlitikos jersey anywhere.) Most people didn't even know the name. Oh well...

When I left I was hoping to be able to discuss a completely revamped Bucks roster upon returning. So let me get this straight...

OJ Mayo 3/24 (I'm good with that one)
Zaza Pachulia 3/15
Carlos Delfino 2/6
Luke Ridnour 1/4

So OJ Mayo and three former Bucks retreads in arguably the most important offseason in franchise history? What am I missing? I see we offered Teague a deal that was matched. Without me having to read hundreds of pages, can someone please explain to me what the fug is going on? Whats the deal with Jennings? Why did the Bucks not offer more for Teague if they wanted him to be the starting PG? Any other rumors floated from BuckPack to get me excited about this season?
