Yea the big flaw on Ozark is that he was already being watched by FBI when he started this whole crime wave turn. All he had to do the whole time was just work with the FBI. After that as you guys said his wife is just there to screw stuff up so he has to then clean it up. So to me it's always been a step out there yet its entertaining and the cast is pretty incredible overall.

The After Party on Apple is fun. I usually don’t mind an episode a week, but with the differing-perspectives concept I’d love to be able to binge it.

Haven't watched the newest one but BJ's baptism absolutely destroyed me. "It's not a onesie! It's a romper with a cummerbund!"

I'm sticking with it because the cast is very very good. Ruth is annoying, but Julia Garner is great. That may not make sense to some, but it does to me.

I love Jason Bateman. And his character. That's really what's keeping me in this.

And I just watched the last episode. Doozy indeed.

Ron Swanson wrote:The Righteous Gemstones is probably the best comedy on TV right now. Also, any Sci-Fi buffs been watching Foundation? I think it's a flawed yet satisfying adaptation. Stellar cast and some of the best visual effects you'll see outside of film, but some clunky pacing and action sequences keep it from being truly excellent.

Spot on. Top notch production and acting. I hope the second season improves on the pacing.

Peacemaker is a fabulous thing of beauty. Characters are all very special. You definitely should watch Suicide Squad 2021 to hit the ground running.

As a child of the 90's, who banged his head to Warrant, Trixter, and Firehouse at Summerfest, the soundtrack alone is enough for me to watch.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Several people killed by a drug lord. Another guy thrown off a building. He just happens to land right in front of Marty. Marty is given 48 hours to come up with $8 million. He liquidates everything he has and the total is... $7,993,500. His minivan puts him over the top. Del generously buys the minivan from Marty and leases it back to him for $1000 a month. The family moved to Missouri. All in episode 1.

I love how fast the plot moves but it's been unbelievable from the start. :D

I really miss Del. What a dumb decision it was to kill him off. He was great.

That was shocking. Esai Morales is terrific.

Yellowjackets S1 is among the best seasons of TV I've seen since True Detective S1. It's up there with For All Mankind S2, and Atlanta S2.

If you haven't watched Gangs of London on AMC+(and AMC?), you should. Really really good show. It's about...gangs in London. one central powerful family and other gangs in their ecosystem. brutal violence, twists and turns and reveals. BY director of The Raid.

That's another one I watched one episode and stopped. I need to give shows more time. This was originally on AMC last year and you can stream it on AMC+. It's a BBC show but AMC is co-producing season 2 and it looks like it will be on regular AMC as well as their streamer.

Yellowjackets would have a great soundtrack too.

Just too much content!

GoL has been one of the best shows I've seen in awhile. After episode one just so much action but always fits with the plot. And it's fairly full speed ahead with pacing too. Seems like every action scene has me flinching and saying "jeezus" at the brutality.

EDIT: 5 second action clip encapsulating the style. https://www.reddit.com/r/PraiseTheCameraMan/comments/kihe6l/this_transition_on_gangs_of_london/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb
