This has been blowing up on my FB feed. I have to try one asap.

The one down the block from me has a sign on the window that they are out of chicken sandwiches. Been up for almost two full days.

I think they're sold out everywhere

Is that the joke? Sorry I am out of the loop on this one. I just have a vague notion that there's some chicken sandwich war going on.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

What's funny to me is that it's not like it just was released in the last couple days- they've had that sandwich nationwide for a couple weeks now. It just exploded in popularity over the last 48 hours or so because of some prominent endorsements on food blogs and the Twittersphere.

They did just go nationwide on Monday, They've been in quite a few markets for a couple months but they definitely weren't everywhere.

Their own press release had them going nationwide on August 12, and I know I had one myself in Madison around then...before all the hype hit.

And you didn't hype it? They should ban you from having their sandwiches.

I had the regular one last time and I thought it was good...but nothing special. The pickles were awful. When I went on Monday, I got the spicy one with no pickles and it was tasty as hell...and that's why I came here to hype it.

I had seen a couple videos online that made me laugh so I started watching Letterkenny tonight on Hulu. Only an episode in but I enjoyed the humor so far. Here’s one of the videos I saw that made me watch it.

I go with the Citywalk Maltons right now from Sketchers. They don't breathe too well but they are damn comfy with the memory foam insole and are easy to clean. I think I'll stick with Sketchers from now on for work shoes just because they have the memory foam insoles down.

Alright everyone, it's time to play "What's Good?" Yes, I stole it from Billy Gill, but I like the idea.

My man. I'm a big vivo guy. I've had lower back pain since I was a teenager and having no heel to toe drop was essential to mitigating my anterior pelvic tilt. Their shoes last forever too. I've had one pair for 5 years, worn everywhere in all conditions and it's just started to lose some stitching around the foot hole. Unlike other shoes, the damage doesn't snowball and get worse quickly. It broke and hasnt gotten worse for months now. Definitely worth the expense imo.

I'll bite.

My wedding is 23 days away and we've been crushing all of our "to-do" list, we're under budget by a little, and finally feel like we can coast to the weekend until the madness starts. My fiance and me took a personal mental health day yesterday and used some PTO and it was amazing. This has been a 15 month engagement so I can't wait for the day to be here so we can celebrate and then return to normalcy for a while after. We have no plans for kids in the next year or two.

Also, I took a leap of faith on Fire Emblem: Three Houses and I freaking love it.

Add to that, I've been saving for a truck (yes, I actually have a need lol) and with newer 2020 models coming soon all the older used ones are dropping in price. I'm thinking October/November I'll bite.

Let's hear some more positivity, good idea HR

Better make sure you plan to not have kids for the next couple years instead of not planning to have them. :D

Throwing a 20 person tailgate on Saturday. Get to see my family next weekend. Dating a wonderful woman who laughs at me when I say dumb **** like I'm a 12 year old. In 3 weeks I'll be in southern Utah exploring Bryce and Zion national parks.

Our business has always done well with customer referrals but it's been a bit of a struggle to get on the radar of a lot of the other vendors and venues that we work with. This summer is the first time I have felt like we've broken through and have started getting referrals from other businesses including some of the more desirable venues that we've worked at in the past.

In a crowded market, that sort of recognition means a lot.

I just spent 53 minutes in the Popeye's (by Miller Park) drive thru to get my hands on that new chicken sandwich. Not only did it live up to the unattainable hype, I think it managed to surpass it. Hands down best fast food I've ever consumed.
