I think Lawson might have Deron ankles though

I'd honestly sell the farm for Lawson. Knight, Henson, Middleton, our pick, the Clippers pick, whatever they want.

Lawson's efficiency has dropped every year he's been in the NBA. His playmaking ability has increased though, so I guess that's a good thing.

I had Lawson in fantasy last year. The medical reports were unkind. He will be out of the league before the Bucks window opens. His ankles are done.

Lawson is 27 yrs old - many protest about getting anyone over 24
he's a midget
is poor on Defense - has poor DRtg

LAWSON gets lots of assists but little else -
TS= 500
3pt% .300
3.1 to/g

$11;6mil/yr for 3more yrs

Marshall can do that

This for the truth.

For everyone dissing Knight, Lawson to me and many others is the floor of what Knight will be in 4 years. Why sell the farm for something already in possession?

Because most don't think Knight is anywhere near the player Lawson is?

I sometimes wonder whether you actually watch any of the players you speak on.

if your speaking to me I am not speaking about knight. I'm not sayin lawson's bad but his greater inefficiency this year is a part of the teams uneven play - and not sayin marshall is good but give him ty's mins and you'll have similar apg.
He is 27 and wll be 30 when Parker hits his prime and his contract expires. He is small and is weak on D and costs 11.6 mil now
He's ok just not all that or that ideal a fit

Lawson is a bad idea for the Bucks. That ship has sailed.

Anderson Prickao has torn his achilles. That's good news for us. All the more demand for Zaza Henson and Sanders. Let's rob them.

The problem is they have no assets to trade. Varajao's contract can now be dealt as matching salaries but their first round picks are few and subject to the Stepien rule on trading them in consecutive years.

Even if we get a first of 2017 or 2018 I will be ok wth it. Because they could fall really down then.
Right now they have the Memphis lottery pick which I think they can trade and Waiters and TT. None of which is really appealing sure but then again if we get some of these for Zaza and Henson that would be too good for us value wise.

They have a Memphis pick that won't likely be relayed until 2017 where it becomes top 5 protected and later unprotected.

Can they trade the Memphis pick or is that needed for Stepien rule issues?

I thnk they can because I see it thrown in in every trade I see from them where they try to get a center. They also have been dangling it for Mozgov but Denver resists.

That's the good side of Denver. Their management is a little incompetent and seems not to know even the CBA so the more desperate the Cavs the Mavs and the Warriors get for a center the more power to us and the more opportunity to hurry and trade our assets before Denver wakes up and see the standings.

Right now the only good centers that I can see traded are : Wright and DMO(to Phoenix only). Boston need Wright but depending if they are really aiming for the playoffs there is a hope that Ainge doesn't sell him.

edit to add: by good I mean good for 20 mins backup centers.

Guys, the other problem with using AV as the salary filler is that he's owed $30 million dollars more AFTER this season. I thought he was an expiring. Not the case.

They just gave him a 3yr/$30m extension in Oct that starts next year. The last two years are Non-Guaranteed.

If Cleveland wants to unload us Varejao they have to throw in another pick.
This is what I propose
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=q3gx3bb

Plus Cleveland gives us their Memphis pick.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
