You may even start Teague and push DDV to the bench.

Teague
Jrue
Middleton
Giannis
Brook

Bench:
DDV
Forbes/Pat
Pat/PJ
Portis/PJ
Olynyk

That's a nice lineup to me. Adding some defense and shooting to the lineup would be nice.

Teague isn't that good any more. His 3P% is very good, but he doesn't shoot them very often. But we do need a guard, so meh.

ETA I really cannot get over how many draft picks they have. They could screw up 33 times, hit on the 34th, and be good. Lol.

Woj just now on espn. ,"Lakers players have already started their recruitment of Drummond". So I assume that tampering fine and draft pick penalty is coming soon or does it have to be in a tweet?

So I haven't had time to pay much attention lately. Can anyone give me a summary of what trades affect us the most? Mainly eastern conference teams?

Lakers have a tough schedule over the next month. Seems like they'll just be trying to salvage a playoff spot when LBJ returns.

I don't really have any jealousy over OKC. I dont think any of those picks are valuable except their own and they look to be too good to get a stud. It's not even like they can trade 3 future first for an entry level all-star until they have someone to actually build around otherwise they building around an entry level all star.

Miami got significantly better while having to give up nothing of consequence. Philly got George Hill. Brooklyn is plucking off the buyout heap. Nobody else is a contender.

Still think we need another 72 hours with the buyout market to figure this out. Don't think any of our rivals necessarily got much stronger (yet). Still think our fate lies more with getting Jrue to assert himself and PJ to fill a role.

The 6ers got George Hill for their 3rd center and 2 2nd rounders. This is a problem for us.

I’m not a huge fan of Oladipo this season but Miami got noticeably better and they’re going to be a really tough out *if* their guys are healthy.

Jimmy
Bam
Oladipo
Dragic
Herro
Robinson
Bjelica
Iggy
Nunn
Ariza

I’m gonna be honest I wouldn’t feel super great seeing them in a series again after the Dipo/Bjelica acquisitions

Miami does not have a weak point in their 10-11 deep rotation - I think they are going to be a really tough out.

What?? They own Houstons draft for years. The Pels picks largely suck but OKC has a real treasure trove.

I've seen these guys play a lot. Smart teams make Robinson play defense by relentlessly hunting him. The Bucks need to figure out a way to do that whenever he's on the court.

I was watching the game ...was that yesterday? ...against Portland and when they went at him it was a bucket of a foul.

I don't fully agree that Miami gave up nothing. Olynyk helped them a little more than his stats indicated; Bjelica might not be any better than he was. They also need Ariza to play as well as Crowder did last year and they need Dragic to play like he's 29 again. Both of those things are very much in doubt. Iggy and even Butler aren't getting any younger. Oladipo might hurt more than he helps if his legs aren't right. Most importantly, the Bucks completely sabotaged themselves in the bubble in a way that can't just be credited to the Heat. The Heat didn't have to face anybody nearly as good as this year's Brooklyn, Philly, or Milwaukee in last year's playoffs IMO.

Those picks aren't valuable? I'm not going to go over all 17 first round picks but even later ones will have value to some teams, even if it's using them to trade up or something. Of course nothing is guaranteed, but it's hard to imagine being in a better position for rebuilding.
