Giannis has coach saying "at the end of the day" now.

He also sounds like he's drowning a bit with this HC gig...

"I'm smart enough to know I don't have all the answers, but I know how to get'em! *chuckles*"

Where are those answers coming from, Griff? The experienced offensive assistant you ran out of town? Whoops. Bud literally gave him answers to 90% of the test of how to use Brook Lopez successfully. Clown show.

So many quotable moments in that presser.

I have no idea how that guy made the top 3 choices. Talk about the ultimate own goal not making the obvious choice and just hiring Nurse. He sounds like he has no idea what he’s doing and that’s proving itself to be true on the court. I’m embarrassed for him.

If he has any real head coaching ability the players owe it to him to win by a very specific 16 tomorrow.

I was being optimistic since they announced his hire and have even said I'd wait until Christmas, but I have to see something. Fast.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. After listening to Griff speak, I'm ready to run through a spider web for him!

Yeah, not sure how intentional the words here are. But its a f'n weird one. That immediately jumped out when I watched earlier.

Did you really just say that, man? What does that even mean, if you plan on being here through your contract? Huh?

GOAT pod actually spending time talking about how much of a disaster Griffin has been. Said it would be a 10 alarm fire if Griffin was coaching this roster in LA.

Hopefully that pertains to AG as well

The answers to the test are there. They get covered on this board. Brook still plays drop but the rest of the D plays a little more aggressively and physically than Bud had them. Trade some open looks and fouls for turnovers and the refs swallowing their whistles. Put Giannis on anyone who starts getting hot to cool them off.

On offense spam the plays we all talk about with Dame and Giannis in the actions instead of running plays for frickin’ Beasily.

Phoenix just lost to San Antonio twice at home in less than a week. Yikes.

Maybe we can hire Vogel at the All Star break.

Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid being on top teams happens to make Brook Lopez very necessary.

2 players Lopez can't guard at all, making him unnecessary. However, we just beat Philly because Bobby was smart enough to steer Embiid left, something Lopez can't do.

That’s the most concerning part. The answers are BLATANTLY obvious with what to do on both ends of the court but he hasn’t done any of them. It’s like knowing the answers to the test and intentionally choosing the wrong ones.

I’m usually pretty optimistic with the Bucks but I’m surprised with how quickly I’ve soured on AG. This isn’t like the 2010 Heat, this is just utter garbage and the players don’t seem excited about it. I give him 10 games to show me something.
