Re: Around The League
It's such a massive bummer that even if we get Giannis in the playoffs (which I'm not sure we do), it's likely gonna be a diminished version. We can beat any of these teams with 34/0/22 full strength but seems like we're not getting that.

TNT crew basically picking anybody over Milwaukee at this point. Chuck said it's a wrap if Philly stays at 7 and we stay at 2.

Kenny saying Boston is guaranteed to get out of round 1, & Denver (only two teams). Ducking commenting specifically on the Bucks without Giannis.
The way Boston starters blew these last few games & got beat twice by the Hawks last month, I could see it happening.

Can you really blame them? We swing from losing to the three worst teams to beating the best in the span of a couple of games.
I don’t wtf to expect from this bucks team. They could win the title or be humiliated in round one. It’s all on the cards.

Re: Around The League
I bet Brunson's recent run pushes Giannis to 5th in MVP voting. That's with Embiid DQ'd. Too funny.
But ask any of these voters who they'd rather have straight up? They wouldn't hesitate. Taken for granted.

It's way too much work to figure out seeding implications and tiebreakers off the current standings, so I'll just wait for someone else to tell me.

Yeah, I'm waiting for Sunday. Just too much to worry about right now when teams can still move 3-5 seeds.

I had the same reaction out of context, but it's the same size as all the other statues in that row. Just conditioned to expect a life-sized (or larger) statue.

Re: Around The League
Looking like we’ll have to win in Orlando to avoid the four seed. If we just won one of those Wiz/Grizz/Raps game we wouldn’t be in this spot.

The 4 seed is looking pretty damn good right now. With the way the games are going it could be vs Magic or 76ers without Embiid.

If the Cavs end up losing tonight then we are locked into #2 or #3 with only the Knicks being able to take 2.

Re: Around The League
Who else saw the Embiid flop at the beginning of their game? How do the refs keep falling for it? The guy is insufferable.

Re: Around The League
With tonight’s loss in OKC we’re all but locked into the 3 or 4 seed (unlikely Knicks lose to Brooklyn).
Orlando vs Bucks will actually be a pretty significant game. If we win looks like it’ll be a 3v6 matchup Bucks v 76ers. Orlando likely drops to 7.
If we lose we’ll likely drop to 4 (Cavs unlikely to lose to Hornets). This would mean a 4v5 of us vs Orlando.
The four seed may be preferable but it means Boston is round 2 (likely).
Other side of the Bracket would be 76ers then either Heat or Knicks.

If we win Sunday we're 2. We have tiebreaker over Knicks
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
