That tweet makes it sound like they're working specifically on Anthony to Memphis, no?

He's already with Memphis. They will be cutting him loose

KPJ can take a backseat for now. Please go hard after cole anthony. He'd be a great fit at PG.

Does Laravia mean no/less money for Brook?

Oh, duh, the Bane deal. Man, Cole Anthony and AJAX on the same team is half the Mount Rushmore of the dunk contest.

I will stick with KPJ if those are my choices and it’s not close

God damn it! That's one I wanted. It was around the BAE too, so gettable. That DFS opt-out might be screwing us a couple ways.

Not close is certainly a statement.

Well, 1 has the potential to be our needed 2nd core/creator on offense, plays good d, & has proof of concept w/ Giannis. That other doesn't.

I'm not holding my breath on KPJ becoming a core piece on a championship team.

Anthony isn't yet a FA, they have to finalize a buyout. He's making $13 million next season and a team option the year after. In the meantime KPJ can be signed now. Risky to wait for Anthony.

Cole Anthony would be a nice back up but KPjr is the priority

That really sucks. First Okoro got traded now this. Last year I wanted KPJ and it took a while but he ended up in Milwaukee. So who knows what will happen.

Amir Coffey is still a decent option. After that it's the Banton level players.

He played like a Championship player w/ the Bucks & Giannis in the regular season. Only some OKC duos beat them in net rating. And KPJ averaged a cool, efficient 21/7/7/2.3 per 36.

As for the postseason, it was his 1st. The list is long of players who floundered out the gate, Giannis included (11.5 pts, 36.6 % from field). The length, athleticism, moves, 3-level shotmaking, vision, & competitiveness are palpable.
