I haven't had time to watch Sunny yet but this season as a whole has been a nice step forward after the last season or two were disappointing to me.

The season as a whole was a breath of fresh air after a terrible season 6, I actually liked season 5 a decent amount.

Just finished last night's Sunny, thought it was pretty good. Did anyone in the Milwaukee area notice the Will Ferrell Old Milwaukee commercial? It was similar to the ones he's done in Daveport, like this one...

...except the one that airred during Sunny, was the first where Ferrell was in Milwaukee. He was on top of the old Pabst factory. I thought it was pretty cool. I guess Ferrell is doing all of these Old Milwaukee commercials for free, he's just a big fan of the beer.

Not thrilled with the Dexter finale. This season started out great and I liked Colin Hanks. But I saw the ending coming and it COULD be interesting next year but I just don't like the Deb character at all.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I gave up on the show. Reading these types of comments, I'm guessing that I should go back?

The last 2 or 3 seasons, Sunny has been pretty hit or miss. There are still enough great episodes for me to tune in every week. I'd say Chardee MacDennis was the best episode of this season and probably a top 5 episode of the series. Another one of my favorites from this season was the Jersey Shore ep. On the other hand, the episode with Frank's brother could be the worst episode in the series so far.

I didn't really like this whole season very much at all and I was one of the people in the minority that actually liked last season. The only good thing is that last scene will hopefully take the show to a place that was absolutely necessary for it to go and gives it the potential for a return to form if handled correctly.

Yes, the writing for this show is incompetent, as they pay zero attention to detail and the "twists" are very predictable... but I am absolutely ecstatic with what came from the finale. I really hope the writers can get their **** together for the last two seasons and end this thing properly.

Anyone catch the House of Lies pilot? I haven't yet but it looks like it'll be good.

Homeland had a very good finale.

As for Dex, the second Deb told him he had to go back to the church to collect more evidence I know exactly how the episode would end. Very disappointing. And while it could be interesting now that someone knows his "secret", I wish it wasn't Deb. I can't stand the character or the actress.

I haven't heard of House of Lies, but will check it out. Homeland finale was good. This season of Dexter was boring for the most part. Justified coming back next month is awesome.

Good Wife is simply one of my top 3 shows on television. Reruns of "The Unit" is always running on cable. It was one of my favorite shows (in it's day) if anyone is looking for a covert ops Delta Force type show to watch, I highly recommend it :)

Homeland finale kicked all sorts of ass. Dexter finale was exactly what it needed to be, I very much enjoyed it and am looking forward to next year. Also watched House of Lies, like the cast more than the show right now, but I'm sure once I see more episodes the show will grow on me. Didn't get into Luck at all.

Kinda my thoughts on the show as well.

I'm changing my mind a bit, the more I think of Homeland the more I didn't like the finale. The episode before was fantastic. Then they took the easy way out. Damien Lewis is very good but having him chicken out and become a "mole" is the way every other series would have done it. I expected more from Homeland, even killing off a major character if need be. Still a great show, the finale didn't live up to the other episodes.

Agreed. I've seen a lot of critical praise (almost universal) for the finale and I couldn't disagree more. A lot I didn't like about it.

That's the second finale in a few weeks to really let me down, the other being SoA.
