Maybe I'm behind the times, but I didn't know Larry was going all Hollywood on us. :)

Yeah, you are late. :D

He actually gets a lot of air time for the trailer. According to his twitter, he was at the premiere last night.

I think Abrams is a good choice for Star Wars. I'm almost sorry he's not writing it too, but Arndt did a great job on Toy Story 3. I just really liked Super 8.

Yea, Abrams is the first positive sign I've come across regarding the new episodes.

Just saw Silver Linings Playbook tonight and it was pretty fantastic. This was the first time I've ever actually liked Bradley Cooper and he and Jennifer Lawrence, and DeNiro were all fantastic. I'll definitely be buying this movie when it comes out on Bluray.

My thoughts (and I think I'm the first critic to post any kind of review):

Just saw a commercial for The Walking Dead and it reminded me that Cutty from The Wire is playing Tyreese. Best The Walking Dead TV show thing ever.

Super 8 was very Lucas/Spielberg esque. It was like Stand By Me Indiana Jones with Space Magic. They should have just called it that. I've focus grouped this.

I've watched it. Season 1 is legitimately good, but I thought it went a bit downhill after that.

I cruised through Seasons 1, 2, and first 3 episodes of Season 3 in a week. I didn't think there was all that much of a let down in season 2. Are you watching season 3 right now? It's interesting that between seasons 1 and 2 there were two Game of Thrones characters, both were semi-major characters too.

It seems like Super 8 was a good movie? I never saw it, it kind of looked like a kids movie to me, but it did look intriguing.

It was a kids movie. It was ok, nothing special really.

Oh yeah! Wife and I watching the SAG awards and Kevin Costner won Best Actor and Bill PAxton was up for same award for their work in Hatfield & McCoy's.

I remember coming in here and telling you guys how I was blown away by how great those two guys were in that mini series :)

Ha, I should have expanded. I'm only up to the season finale of season one. But good to know there's good stuff on the horizon!
